Professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. They worked with me on getting the best fitting contacts, with readjustment for my slight astigmatism. First time trying contacts for astigmatism, and I've never seen clearer or felt as much comfort in my eyes from wearing contacts. I had always assumed rubbing my eyes and constant blinking to get my contacts in the perfect position was just part of what wearing contacts was. Now I can't help but think that perhaps I just needed a pair for astigmatism all along but was just never prescribed them before. At first, I was given one regular and one astigmatism contact. Since one eye has slightly less astigmatism. After trying them on for a day, I noticed a big difference in the two and requested they both be for astigmatism. I got a refitting that day, and now my vision is perfect.

Bob is hands down the BEST optician I’ve ever gone to! I was in the optical business for 15 years, I’ve had glasses made by many different Opticians and I thought they were fine.. until I went to Bob. Some how my lenses are always much thinner and lighter, I can always see perfectly the moment I put the new glasses on my face, never any distortion. They’re just always spot on!! Bob has a great attention to detail! He also has a great selection of frames! And he is just a pleasure! You will never go to anyone else once you go to Bob at EMA Opticians!

The front desk receptionist were very rude, I stood waiting in line for her. She said ten minutes it went until 30 minutes and then it went to her being on ft with other co workers laughing. Back to ignoring me again. I will not be coming back or this location only to pick my glasses up if possible. Still standing in line and I started at 4:44 pm and it’s 5:25 now

Dr. Brusco gave me perfect vision in less than 10 minutes. The entire procedure was so quick and painless. My recovery was smooth - no issues or trouble adjusting. Not kidding - It is so worth it and I wish I had done it sooner. It’s been less than a year since I saw Dr. Brusco, and I feel like I’ve already recouped my investment in convenience alone. Thank you, Dr. Brusco! 10/10 highly recommend

No sense in making an appointment, because they don't care about your time. I had a 11:30 appointment. Got there and all they guy asked was do you have a mask? Gave me one and said nothing else. Sat there for an hour, no one said anything to me. I left without even telling them anything. You want people to make an appointment, but I show up on time, no apology or explanation as to how long the wait will be. Go somewhere else!!

They have nice facilities inside, the optometrist and staff are professional yet friendly. My little one is special needs/autistic and has problem with sensitivity. They worked with him very well and we managed to get a pair of prescription glasses for him. Highly recommended!!

I come here every year for my eye exam and I get the retina photo exam as well that even when is not covered by my insurance I rather do because it helps the doctor tell me if anything else is wrong with my overall health which I think is amazing and super cheap counting all the benefits. The staff is super friendly and professional and the doctor is amazing. This year I did it late because I was honestly very concerned about the Covid-19 and the implications where either I could give it them not knowing or I could contract it the same way but they followed all the CDC and WHO guidelines which made me feel very safe during my visit. Thank you guys for doing so. I’ll see you again next year!
