Luis, the Optical Manager was amazing. I work from home doing Tech Support and use computer glasses all day long. It's been years since I replaced them. I have a narrow face and most glasses don't look that great on me. Luis was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. He was very patient and took his time with me to make sure I found the perfect frames. My wife and I very much enjoyed talking with him. I feel like he's a long lost friend. Great customer service and definitely will return!

The doctor is very attentive, kind, and thorough. I recommend it to all my friends and family.

The office staff here are horrible. They will have department policies but will pick and choose when to adhere to them. It is a nightmare to work with them. They also have horrible medical records. Saying that a person's appointment was canceled and they never got the surgery done. Well that is so interesting when they came back with the cataract surgery completed.

I received excellent care before, during and after my surgery as well as appts before and after the surgery. I was very impressed with the entire staff with whom I came in contact. Since I have dealt with a cornea issue for many years, I speak from experience with many specialists. At Dean McGee Eye Institute In Oklahoma City, OK, I saw physicians for max of five minutes and then dismissed. Finally they tried to put a huge contact in my eye which costs $500 (not covered by insurance) which did not work. I also had a cornea opthamalagist who tried to do heat treatments that would have cost $2000 also not covered by insurance. Didn't do that. 7 weeks out, I am so happy I went with the transplant.

Very efficient, explains things well

I have absolutely no words to describe my experience at Cleveland clinic. The staff treated me with so much respect, and Dr Petkovsek treated me like I was family and on the day of my eye surgery. I had no worries whatsoever because I knew I was in the best of hands. There is no doubt in my mind that I am recommending Dr. Petkovsek’s team at Cleveland clinic to friends and family.

Best eye doctor in New Mexico!! I myself am not a patient yet. However my significant other is and they have done an excellent job every time we come here! They answered every question and concern we had and was very friendly as well! I definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an amazing eye doctor!

The staff is always very professional and helpful to me any time I've ever been there. Due to my serious eye issues I have actually been a patient of theirs for over 40 years. I will never go to another eye doctor. The office is always clean. I know in this day and time most doctors try to see as many people as they can and often patients feel like they are just being rushed in and out as quickly as possible. This is not the case with them. On my last exam after the tech came in and did what she needed to do the doctor actually spent another 45 minutes in there examining my eyes and explaining what was going on and the different options that were available. In this day and age that is really rare. I'm definitely a patient for life.

This optometrist has the best price for contact lens exams in the Valley and LA! I know. I called around to A LOT of offices 😅 They have great deals on contacts too, even better than value wholesalers! Dr. Misheloff is incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. His staff is amazing as well, so genuinely kind and patient! If you’re looking for an optometrist that will save you time, money, and peace of mind, please pick this one!
