I wasn’t aware that we could get glasses with my jcpenny card ! Awesome promos

I called for an appointment and got voicemail. In the meantime, I was able to get into my own doctor's office. The nurse called me back and was kind enough to give me some additional advice, as well as a few extra things to help speed my healing! Truly kind and awesome of her.

LensCrafters on Maryland Parkway near the Boulevard Mall Highly recommend Marie Broca, OD She has compassion and empathy for her older patients going through some traumatic experiences as there is a team of physicians I have been working with for the past year since relocating here I the area of Nevada I’m very happy and so pleased that she does all the testing right in the exam room for glucoma and macular degeneration and can see immediately if there are any signs of problems She is honest and got me done quickly She has a good longevity of being Board Certified and Registered OD I am a brand new patient and my husband being an over the truck driver will be looking into Pacific Optometry and the LensCrafters eyeglass area for his next visit to be examined and purchase new frames At Twain and Maryland crossing location red light In plaza with Ross and Five Below and Spanish grocery and Oriental grocery stopping The staff are all ver helpful and easy to help with understanding your insurance benefits what is acceptable and coverages Thank you Kim and Anna Doctors side of the office and business

Dr.Moore performed surgery on both my eyes for Cataracts. My experience was excellent from the front desk to the surgical suite. Follow up and maintenance care has been exceptional. I recommend him and his team highly.

Dr. Anne St. Louis and her staff are definitely the BEST Eye Care Facility you could go to. I was diagnosed with Shingles in my right eye and. Dr. Anne St. Louis took immediate action and treated me every single day, throughout the holiday weekend, even though the office was closed. After 6 months of excellent care I am beyond thankful to have my eye sight completely restored. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Anne St. Louis and her staff. Very Professional, Friendly and Office Cleanliness is Top Notch. Please give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

The store manager at target optical Marshlanding parkway was a delight to deal with. She friendly professional and informative! Dr Brown was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. She recommended me to a retina professional and was knowledgeable and calming in her assessment

My family and I always have excellent experiences at Reimbold! All of the staff are friendly and efficient, and Dr. Reimbold is so knowledgeable. We picked Reimbold Eye Group when we moved to Alpharetta purely because of their convenience to our home, but truly we couldn’t be any happier with our choice!

They will give you a very nice eye exam, then refuse to give you the basic information needed to buy glasses anywhere but at their shop. They will tell you that that information will be furnished to you at their shop, all you have to do is ask for it, but when you go to their shop it's explained to you that the shop can only furnish it if you are in their system. This means that if you have not bought glasses at the shop, they will not give it to you. So in the end you must buy glasses at their shop in order to be given the full and complete information you need to buy glasses elsewhere.

Everything went really well , the girls at the front desk were nice and knew what they were doing and the doc was perfect, you can tell he knows what he’s doing and is very efficient, Thank you Guys !

No one called to tell me my glasses were ready. When I came in today to get them 20 min. before the store was closed, the door was locked. After a pleasant young woman let me in, an unpleasant woman came out loudly complaining about someone being allowed in -- 20 min. before closing. She then locked the door behind me -- not 3 or 4 min. before closing. More than 15. When I asked this same woman to adjust the temple tips on my glasses, she proceeded to just bend them with her hands. Before she did so, I asked whether she should be warming them up first, as I presume is Sterling's actual policy. She didn't feel like it. After the pleasant young woman wrote down my prescription for me, I asked if they could tell me the labels for each part of the prescription. The unpleasant woman replied that she could not. Now that I am home, I now see that the prescription was not written down correctly, as it omits the progressive/bifocal part of my prescription. If Sterling wants a reputation as the trashiest eye care center, please give this woman a raise and a promotion.
