I had a great experience here at Stanton Optical. I was immediately greeted and welcomed by Martha and she went over everything I needed and even also found some really nice frames for me quickly. My last pair I spent way too much for that didn’t last but Martha was so helpful and priced out everything for me and WOW a lot cheaper than my old place! Recommend seeing and talking to Martha !

Great selection and beautiful high end options. Also various price ranges. Staff was very helpful. Stunning decor, everything was extremely well done.

Great experience here. The exam was quick and thorough, and the sales staff was knowledgeable and made some great recommendations. It's near a main building entrance as well, so you don't have to fiddle much with mall traffic getting in an out of the location. Prices were a little higher than I expected, but there are plenty of deals and coupons available, so do a quick Google search before you get there. Also, set an appointment online if you can: it's way easier.

I don’t think I’ve ever had such a thorough and well explained eye exam. The dr was thoughtful and explained everything to me. For example, I did not know I had 2 astigmatisms. We talked about contacts and the floater that past eye doctor said wasn’t there.

First time here today! I was truly enjoyed my visit with Dr. Askew! She was very thourogh in helping me understand the entire exam process and the indicators within the eye. From the check-in process, the different tests, to the actual exam, this was truly an amazing visit. Mrs. Pam has the sweetest spirit ever. Thank you for a great experience!! I've found my new eye care home!! ❤

The entire experience was great. The staff is quite friendly throughout the whole process, from day one of setting an appointment through surgery date to calling months later for a receipt. Dr. Hale is full of information and happy to share any and everything with you. The orientation was so thorough I didn't even have any questions. Not to mention - wow I can see great!!!

I've been waiting 24 days and still no glasses, very unprofessional and possibly fraud, I'll give them until Monday and then my insurance company and the detective will handle this for me

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Dr Budman seemed extremely knowledgeable, was very personable, and honest. My son and I were both very impressed with him.

Maria deserves my highest rating. I came to her at 10 am asking for new glasses ASAP for my daughter's brother-in-law, who is dying of cancer in a Baltimore hospital. He suddenly broke his glasses and asked for a replacement pair. I only had his Rx and photo and size of his glasses. Maria was extremely helpful, found a perfect frame, had 1 lens of the Rx, then sent me to the Springfield location to get the other lens and have them edged to fit the frame. (This wasn't far out of the way for me.) As soon as I drove to the Springfield store, the optician graciously took the frame and lens, and 20 minutes later I had the finished glasses. I couldn't have asked for better service. That afternoon my daughter and her husband drove to Baltimore, delivered the glasses to his brother, and he was delighted. Thank you!
