I have been a patient of Dr. Erbe for almost 20 years. From her early days at her SL West office to Gatlin and now to PSl Blvd. I ALWAYS look forward to each visit. She is very knowledgable and caring. Her "old school" style of medicine is a pleasant surprise in a world of "cookie cutter" doctors and chain medical businesses. I am prompt to all appointments, greeted warmly and see within a reasonable time. She has a reach of caring mixed with professionalism that is a major plus! I never feel my time with her is rushed ( to meet a patient daily quota - like so many these days! ) Her staff is caring and polite. I always make sure they have insurance info prior to my in office visit- saving time. It is a major plus having a full care eye center on site. My glasses change as the years go by. I always get great service when selecting frames, etc. And the delivery date is always within a reasonable time! BRAVO Dr. Erbe!!! You are a "sight for sore eyes!"

We have been very impressed and pleased with the treatment I've received. Every person we've dealt with have been friendly, professional and caring. Dr. Rana is very thorough and delightful to deal with providing enough time to answer all of your questions and provide follow-up. I am amazed with the results of my first surgical procedure.

Everything about the visit and surgery procedure from greeting at the door to leaving the building was fantastic. The staff are dedicated to create the best atmosphere and insure everything goes perfectly.

I visited the One Day Surgery Center for eye surgery earlier this month and found that both doctor Seith and staff all provided excellent service and care for my well-being. They kept me informed of what was happening and kept reassuring me every step of the way. From the staff at front desk to the one taking me out at the end, I experienced a very positive and caring attitude from all. Thank you. I recommend you highly!

Dr Schmidt was fast efficient, appointment was for 3:30 was seen 10 minutes early. Front desk was pleasant and efficient. Everything you need from a eye doctor!

Always a pleasure to get my annual checkup for glasses and contact lenses here. Dr. Schmidt takes really good care to make sure I have no eye related diseases and that I can see as clearly as possible.

Always have great service. The girl at the front desk is great with all of my girls. The doctor is very patient and so great with my kids of all ages.

Total incompetence! Went in for exam with Dr. Waller a couple months ago. He said there would be a small change to my lenses and highly recommended progressive lenses. I gave them a pair of glasses I had and asked that they put them in these. When I picked them up I was given specific instructions to not ware while driving until my eyes adjusted to the new lenses, about 10 days. After 10 days I went back and told them I can't even ware them. I had to get re-tested, so I allowed Dr. Waller to examine me again. He stated "there was not change" and "your prescription is right where I thought it was originally". They had me pick out a new frame free of charge stating this should work. I didn't. Last visit they sat me down with someone who measured the strength of the lenses. She told me that the strength was adjusted to a lesser strength by Dr. Waller upon re-examination. At that point I had given up but I had to get further testing for glaucoma and I chose a different office all together where I was informed that my original prescription has not changed at all. So, instead of Dr. Waller saying your eyesight hasn't changed the first exam, he created this major problem and hundreds of dollars later I paid for glasses that I can't ware. Not to mention what my insurance has paid. I have proof of this in writing from another office so needless to say I'd avoid this office like the plague!

Total incompetence. Have been a 10 year customer at the mall, everything was great. Port Saint Lucie staff is awful. Lost our glasses and then wouldn't help find them. Manager told Carlos to help us, he totally ignored him. Told me he was not going to help us because we were rude. Carlos should be fired on the spot. 9 out of 10 people had problems picking up glasses while we waited. P
