Been coming to this office with my family for about 30 years! My parents come to this office and now I bring my children here. Dr. Osako is great just like Dr. Nakayama before her. The entire office staff is friendly and very professional. The office is always very clean. I really appreciate this business and hope they continue to stay open so that my children's children can someday also come here.

Both of the ladies are very professional and friendly and know their business! I didn't see the doctor today but he's very good too! They even gave me some eye moisturizing fluid for free.

Appointment and the doctor were great. Only disappointing thing was that the office used to be a one-stop experience for the exam and ordering glasses. It would be great to have that again

My husband needed a new pair of eyeglasses. On 12/4/2022 we stepped into BJ’S optical department in Flushing. The optician, Yuliya Shimunov, greeted us with a nice smile. She listened to us patiently and provided us with many choices and good suggestions. She was friendly, efficient, and professional. We had a great experience.

Great exam! Good info the young man that did the preliminary testing was very pleasant. Dr Fallon was very thorough but I wish he would have introduced himself when coming into the room.

Dr Hollenbeck is awesome.The reason I’m giving only one star due to customer service in the front desk who is very rude and the worst customer service ever.I fell like she treated me differently because of my ethnicity.Unfortunately I did not get her name but she’s that blonde lady in the front desk

Highly recommend Cascade Vision, Dr Bong did a fantastic job checking my eyes and getting my new updated prescription. Professional, polite and helpful to answer any questions I had. Bree and Janelle did a great job helping me pick out a pair of glasses that I liked and felt confident in. The appointment was smooth and quick and a better experience than i had before at a larger facility, it felt personal here. Highly recommend them! :)

This was my first visit All staff were very good Kerry was outstanding. Kind, very thorough, explained everything well and guided us through the process. Dr. Pasternak examined me with care and took time to explain my diagnosis and his recommended treatment plan. Thanks much! Tom

This practice is fantastic! I recently moved to the Virginia Beach area and needed to find a local eye doctor. The Eye Specialists were quick to get me an appointment within 2 weeks - which was awesome. The staff at the front desk were very courteous and professional. The assistant Kaley was wonderful. Answered all my questions, did thorough testing, so so nice! Dr. Cook - Super Nice and very attentive to why I was there! When I went to the Optician, Lori was amazing at helping me find new frames that were so cute and flattering! I really can’t wait to pick up my new glasses in a couple of weeks! Looking forward to a long term relationship with such a caring staff of professionals!

Awful front desk. Spent 30 min on the phone trying to verify my insurance. After their billing personal confirmed that I am covered, the front desk person insulted me by telling that I couldn't have verified my insurance that fast! This is not a way to treat new patients

Went for new glasses and even after being a 5 year (ex) customer, they didn't even care about attending me. After 30 minutes of waiting and asking for help, they didn't care. I left and ended requesting new glasses in a different place in the mall.
