I've been coming here for about 7 years. I had a nightmare experience with a past optometrist, and when I expressed my concerns the manager, Sharri, corrected the issue and made it all better! The staff went above and beyond to provide me a first class experience. The new optometrist was far more patient and kind. I keep coming back because of how I am treated and valued. Customers are immediately greeted with a smile. I love my new glasses and when I didn't, they immediately allowed me another selection with no extra fees. I am a happy customer.

I have seen Dr. Moyer for years, and have received consistently excellent care. The entire staff is friendly and professional. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for eye care!

With my son health insurance. It's hard to find someone will take it. My son been going here for 3 years now. We have never had any issue with anyone there. The ladies are always friendly.

He's good. Would not go anywhere else for my eyes. Office is clean. Staff is friendly. He cares for his patients. He provides easy to understand explanations. Texting for questions and appointments feature he offers is convenient. No trouble making appointments.

Dr. Mattson is very kind and caring. His employees go above and beyond to be helpful. My exam was thorough and I felt that he spent quite a bit of time with me. Dr. Rich has been doing my cataract follow up visits and she is great.

Dr. Goldstein educated me on my first visit about options to rid me of cataracts and improve my vision. I felt very confident and he proved to be an excellent surgeon. I am in the recovery stage and all is going well and exactly as he said it would. I could not have asked for a better support staff. The office folks, nurses, anesthetist, and anyone else I interacted with were extremely pleasant, easy to deal with, kind and compassionate. The warm blanket given to me before surgery was certainly a plus!! Honestly - it was an altogether good experience and I would recommend Dr. Goldstein to anyone looking for relief from cataracts and other eye issues.

I was nervous before my appointment since I don’t like doctors’ appointments, but Dr. Chad and his team made me feel so comfortable from the beginning to finishing up with picking out my glasses. Each step of the process Dr Chad and his team made it seamless and effortless. Alex whom assisted me in picking out the frames to measuring me for my lens exhibited his expertise in knowledge of the best shape frame based on my personality and shape of my face. I can’t wait to start wearing my new glasses. Thank you Dr. Chad and Alex!

I had a really frustrating experience with the Illinois Eye Institute. The entire process of getting contact lenses has been unnecessarily long and inefficient. I had to come in for three separate appointments: one for my prescription, another for a contact lens fitting, and then another just to confirm the contacts were comfortable. It felt like much of this could have been handled in one visit. Communication has also been difficult. Their voicemail boxes are full, making it hard to reach anyone for updates. After ordering my contacts, I waited three weeks without receiving them or hearing anything. I finally had to physically go into the office myself just to find out what was going on.

In 2022 they were in the old Chase Bank Talmadge Location Branch in Edison NJ after the Branch Closed. Opposite RedRoof off 287. New Durham Intersection Talmadge towards Metuchen. 2nd Complex on your right. Walgreens complex being first. Call and confirm the location. Going to an Eye Doctor Is not new if not them someone else. What I didn’t like about this practice is, they make you wait in the lobby for more than 30 minutes and they will take you in, put eye drops in your eyes and than will rush you for the testing within 10 Minutes with the MD. There is no way a patient can see and read through correctly if such is practiced routinely. These eyes drops need to be given 30 minutes in advance or more. And absolutely don’t need special room. As soon as you check in, a nurse could very much help you with drops right in the lobby while you are awaiting your turn. Instead of treating an Eye infecting, if you prescribe the patient with prescription glasses. These glasses are of no use when the infection is gone. It feels like feeding the economy backwards. Become patients because staff has to be paid salaries. Patient needs aren’t the first priority to my eyes in these days anywhere. What is good about this practice is sparkling clean and hygienic. Well spoken staff. MDs on the platter to chose from. Website is well made and has ample information. Centrally located in Edison for North and South Edison and Metuchen. Restaurants, Walgreens, Quick Check, Indian Groceries ( IGO ) near by.

They are eager to take your money when you are having cataract sugery and even after the surgery they will take your money for Prescription glasses after the surgery but when the glasses fail after a few months you cant get through to them on the phone then when you drive all the way out there to get the glasses fixed they tell you the part has to be ordered and they will call you in one week. Two weeks go by and nothing. So again I try to call them to no avail. So I drive back out there to be told that the person doesn't work on Tuesdays so I leave them a note and asked them to call me. No one called again. So I drive back out there for the third time and was told the person I needed to speak to wasnt going to be there for about an hour. At this point I figured they got $4,000.00 for the surgery and $400.00 for the glasses. They are done taking my money. So I left and purchased glasses elsewhere and decided to hit them with a bad reveiw maybe someone will read this and decide to go elsewhere to get surgery!!!
