Fast, efficient, lots of appt. dates and times to choose from that worked well with my schedule. The Exam was thorough and was my first eye exam ever. All in all a great experience, professional, timely and pretty good prices, or less than I was expecting to pay for 2 pairs of prescription glasses. Convenient location, plenty of parking, I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Dr. Joni LaFerla and her office staff provide high-quality care. Our family has been coming to LaFerla Family Eyecare for over ten years. We love how Dr. LaFerla treats us. She never rushes an appointment and stays current on the latest research in eye care. Her office staff are welcoming and helpful. Convenient location and we never have to wait more than just a few minutes for our appointment to begin!

I have a mixed experience. When I found them On 7/3 they were quick to see me and make an appt - I’d give her 5 stars for that Quick to call and deliver my first pair or glasses and sunglasses within the time limit 5 stars for that . I did the mistake of paying all at that time and then my second pair of glasses I has to call her after 3 weeks to ask about the status of my last pair as she never called me. It took me 2 months to be able to pick them up and she wasn’t available so now I have to go elsewhere as they are loose on my face - 1 star. 2 months of text tag trying to find a time I could come to the office to pick them up, she could have come to me but never did The first pair of glasses I picked up seem to have a problem with the coating but I can’t see her to discuss it so will have to go elsewhere I did not experience the “mobile” aspect as I went to her office at the shared space each time. (First red flag) I might use her again it if am in a pinch but not for more than one pair of glasses otherwise I’d rather go somewhere else

The Dry Eye Center was a good experience. The staff was friendly and courteous. Dr Ramshower was very helpful and thorough.

I had my first visit with Dr. Gomes in November 2025. I found her to be very thorough, conscientious and knowledgable. She performed a full eye exam and fitting me for both contacts and glasses. I look forward to seeing Dr. Gomes going forward.

Dr Lall Trail is THE BEST! Great with kids and parents, very patient even though he may very well be the busiest man on Earth. His passion and knowledge for his job I don't think can be beat! So thankful to have him in the area and for all he does.
