Good place for state insurance got to pick out glasses waiting for them the staff was very nice and helpful

I made appointment for December 5th and I waited for two months then one of the assistant called me your appointment is canceled then she made it for December 16th at 10: 15 am I went to the clinic in Antioch and lady in window told me your appointment is canceled i asked her why she told me at the same day the lady made appointment for you she canceled and she put notes that the patient is outside but I never call and I never went outside of town this was totally lying and not acceptable action.

I walked in to turn in my prescription and I was greeted very poorly. The wait was extremely long and they were very rude and disrespectful. couldnt answer any questions that I had, basically I was more confused when I walked out than when I walked in. I decided to go somewhere else The management there needs to learn how to speak with the patient or they should change them all together. If i can give them zero stars I would.

First I want to make clear I was a walk in patient. They said it will be an hour until I would be seen which I understood and agreed too. After waiting 2 hours I asked how much longer they told me “they still had 2 people ahead of me and could not give me an estimated time. I canceled and will not be going to this place again.

I had an excellent experience at this eye center! Sarai was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout my appointment. She took the time to explain everything to me and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The eye center itself was clean and well-organized, with a great selection of frames to choose from. Overall, I would highly recommend this eye center to anyone in need of eye care services.

Absolutely amazing! Dr. Knapp and his staff are phenomenal! Everyone there are knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. They take the time to give you a thorough examination and will provide you with the individual attention you need and deserve!!!

I did not see the doctor. My visit was solely to get my sunglasses adjusted. I met Leah who went above and beyond and helped me tremendously. She was professional, friendly, informative, and generous with her time. She ultimately adjusted my sunglasses - she did such a fabulous job! Thank you, Leah, for all your help and time.
