I found both Dr. Patel and his entire staff very helpful, pleasant, and patient throughout the entire process. I had cornea surgery done on both eyes (one at a time) so I did make multiple visits to the office. And yes both surgeries were a success!!! The staff was very thorough explaining each procedure leading up to the surgery as was the accounting dept. for the billing explanations. Would and have highly recommended them!

Very pleasant experience with all the personnel being very helpful and just pure nice! They had everything I needed and it's nice to do everything with one stop, as compared to seeing an eye doctor, and then having to go somewhere else to get the lenses and the frames. DR Min is very nice and knowledgeable and has a lot of patience. The receptionist (Whose name I don't remember), was a very nice gentleman who helped me pick out my frames. A great experience and DR Min is now my optometrist! Thank you!

Doctors are friendly & patient with all my questions. Also everyone is so friendly in the office. I never have had a problem with wait time either. This is the most reliable optical clinic I have made appointments at. When it comes to my vision I want to know it is going to be dealt with properly.

They attended me very nicely. Asked all the right questions. All the staff were super friendly, helpful and nice. Especially the doctor. The doctor made me feel comfortable during my eye exam. I would recommend this place if you are looking.

I’ve had both eyes done and am so pleased with the results! I am 20/20 in my left eye, and 20/25 in my right eye. The level of service and treatment by the entire staff is INCREDIBLE! Every time I have come here, the staff and doctor are so friendly and helpful and my visit goes smoothly. They have helped me decide what is best with my insurance and have always explained everything thoroughly, so I understand.

I scheduled my appointment six months ago. I completed the PAMF easy check in. When I arrived at my appointment, I was informed that the appointment is cancelled for no reason by the doctor because she doesn’t want to take afternoon appointments! No explanation, No notice, no message, no call, and next appointment is in one month. Absolutely dodgy!
