Optyx is a wonderful store and Stephanie provides wonderful service to all customers and truly is passionate about what she does! The doctors are great too. I highly recommend optyx to anyone.

I was referred to Cleveland Eye Clinic for cataract removal surgery. Today was my evaluation . Dr. Pierre and the whole staff were very informative about what to expect throughout the procedure. Everyone was very friendly.

I used to see Dr M at a previous office. I'm very happy I discovered her new location. The office is modern, beautiful and spacious. The staff are relaxed, welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and obviously like what they do. And of course Dr, M is the absolute best. I highly recommend Blink eye care.

I've been to the Round Rock store to buy in person and I've called the store to help service an order online/over the phone. Great both times. But this last time, with Amy, I found the care, intelligence and service to be exceptional. Really gives me confidence that I've ordered exactly what I want/need, and that's not easy when dealing over the phone talking through abstract options or measurements etc. She was extremely thoughtful, thorough and patient. Looked up insurance coverage multiple ways to ensure I got the best deal. I've had a wonderful experience with the quality of the glasses I bought in person and look forward to getting these. You've got great people at this store!

Very pleased with my visit at JCPenney Optical. Michelle was very polite and very helpful. She made me feel very comfortable. I appreciated her smile throughout the visit.

My husband and I have VSP insurance and the doctor who did exam decided to bill our medical insurances plus VSP and then send us the bill for the remainder they did not pay. NEVER have we had this happen in all the years of using our VSP preferred eye doctor. Both of us will not be doing business with Intermountain Eye Center again. Very bad customer service and especially in billing. Rude and over confident they are right and you are wrong. I will be turning them into our insurance so they can investigate.

Dr Distefano did my lasik surgery a year ago, and I couldn't be happier with the results! The surgery itself only took a few minutes, and she is always so kind, helpful and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

Greeted upon entering. Concerns were addressed adequately. Staff was courteous and friendly. Dr. Had a great disposition and was very knowledgeable. Did not try to speak over me but rather to me.

Horrible rude uncaring staff apparently not paid enough to do their job, be pleasant human beings or give a damn. No one should have to suffer because of some hateful lil hitches.

Dr Mazzulla is excellent! He and his nurse are perfect. They are quick, precise and exceptional as a team. I trust them completely. Dr Mazzulla has been treating me for Macular degeneration for years and he saved my eyes! I recommend him to anyone who needs help with eyes. He is the very best!

I had not been to an eye doctor in 10 years and have to admit I was skeptical of going here due to it seeming more like a retail store than a doctors office. However, wow did they change my mind. Every person that I interacted with during my appointment was outstanding. Very engaging, friendly and helpful. My doctor, Nikita, was just awesome. The whole operation there was very organized and smooth, was never wondering what I needed to do next. Great experience and highly recommend.
