2 bad experiences at this location. Communication is horrible. On first visit, went to wrong location to learn they’d moved to a new location. Once arrived, didn’t get seen for 3 hrs. Got a call that my new glasses were in by employee “Jordan” and that the facility would close at 1p.m on Wednesday. Arrived at 12:47 p.m to a closed facility. So now I must plan to visit on another day when they’re open. I give this place 10 thumbs down 👎🏿 already talking with insurance company to switch doctors.

I have always had a great experience at this location. But, this past experience has been simply amazing. The actual eye exam was well done and I felt extremely comfortable. Usually appointments make me anxious..But the Doctor made me feel so safe! AND I ask so many questions but nobody seemed to mind and did well at answering them! I loved that. After the exam I went to choose glasses and the two ladies who helped me made my entire day! We laughed, chatted and ALL tried on some glasses. I felt like I was hanging out with my friends. But professional friends of course. I just recently had switched insurances and was asking a bunch of questions about costs and different options. The beautiful woman who helped me really explained everything so well! Excited to pick up my glasses in a few weeks and see everyone again :)

Dr. Cohn did a great job with my LASIK. I felt very easy and was taken care after the surgery. I would highly recommend him.

SVS Vision is the best place to get glasses . The staff is very friendly and the eye doctor is very knowledgeable. He is friendly also. I was thankful for the special they ran on eye frames . It saved me money. I got my glasses and I love them! I can see much better!

Upon arrival receptionist not friendly seemed overwhelmed, demanded deposit tried explaining that I already met deductible and max out of pocket …… that didn’t matter they still want there 5000, I received a phone call 2 days before surgery saying they would accept 1/2 but that was not noted on paperwork. The receptionist didn’t like my straight forward talk but she did say to me you can pay or leave …… when coming out of anesthesia was very sick and felt rushed to get out. The only positive was my doctor, Dr. Chad Jackson who is awesome.

I visited Gateway Eye as a new patient because it is close to my place of employment and they accept my vision insurance. Dr. Dang was exceptional. After she reviewed my medications and medical history, I admitted that I was overdue for a follow up with my medical provider regarding a potential medical issue that may effect my vision. Dr. Dang strongly encouraged me to follow up with my medical provider in regards to this issue. After my vision appointment, I scheduled the medical appointment that I needed to schedule. To make a long story short, this medical appointment resulted in a diagnosis for a medical condition that is now being treated. I personally would have blown the whole thing off until next year's visit with my PCP if not for Dr. Dang's encouragement to me to follow up on this. I specifically made this vision appointment because I suspected that I needed progressive lenses. Dr. Dang and the staff were excellent and they got me into my appointment promptly, and I was out of the appointment in a very short time with my new eyeglass prescription. It was very easy to order my new glasses from Gateway Eye. Finally, it was extremely easy to make an appointment at Gateway Eye. I intend to use them for my next vision appointment.

My husband needs cataract surgery and they only take Wells Fargo financing which has shot us down! They call us on our phones as a Spam Risk but won’t let us know why they won’t finance us! But someone at Vision Surgery tells us that if we get CareCredit, that they will take it! Hah! Now they won’t! We own our home and three vehicles! Come on! Get real!!
