Brought my glasses here and was helped by April. She thoroughly explained what was wrong and why they’re irreparable. She didn’t give up until she came up with a solution to repair them. She was very knowledgeable and professional the whole time. Will be coming back!

Doctors are very good(5 stars). Front desk staff(1 person) needs some serious training on how to be nice to people. We always had a good experience with the staff. But the person I spoke to sounded rude and expected me to know their process when I called them to book an appt.

Friendly & professional service. Wide variety of extremly beautiful Vintage glasses. Excellent eye wear for those who want to express themselves with artistically created glasses. The choices are amazing & always changing. PLEASANT & HAPPY EXPERIENCE! I can't wait to go back and order another pair.

I've been a client of Dr. Park's since her office was in the HEB at Hancock in 2009. She is a phenomenal optometrist and has always kept incredible staff. Eye Joy now has another optometrist as well as Dr. Park, I believe her name is Dr. Le, she was delightful. I have enjoyed every single experience with all of Eye Joy's team. I’ve been under optical care of Drs. Fogg for about 50 years. My last visit was with Optometrist Dr. Thai. She was very thorough. I’ve had a new problem for the past 10 years and she is the first person to take the time to find the problem and prescribe a correct prescription to correct the problem. Plus referred me to a different eye surgeon for a second surgery to remove a cyst on my eyelid. I am very impressed with the thoroughness of her patient care. She has immediately won my confidence.

Heard good things about the optometrist, but the frames and customer service experience were terrible. i have never been charged as much or felt more neglected by an optometrist’s office. For some reason there are always 4 receptionists working, but only one or two relatively inexperienced frame technicians, and I was told i should expect to wait 20 minutes to have my frames adjusted when i came to pick them up.

The entire staff was awesome. The doctor was thorough and patient and answer all my questions with detail explanation.

The team from Vance Thompson was very professional and worked well together. They answered all my questions and spent the time to ensure that I was comfortable with the procedure. I was even given the opportunity to opt out or postpone if I wasn't comfortable with the scheduled cataract surgery. I highly recommend their services.
