Great experience!

Dr. Hwang is the real deal. no sugarcoating just straight to the point, he took the time to explain his diagnosis in korean to my mom and english to me. super nice and patient guy, will recommend to anyone.

My experience was great today! I really appreciate the professionalism of the staff and their willingness to help me through each point of my visit. I was late and they did everything they could to ensure that I had a time efficient visit. I was made to feel welcome and they took extra time to help me make decisions on my vision package, follow up appointments, and future services for my family members. Great managers! Great staff! Thank you for making my visit there top notch.

This may have been my the most efficient and easy eye doctor appointment I've ever experienced. Given it's just my yearly check up, I'm still happy to save whatever time I can. Everyone there is very personable and helpful.

I have always been treated with the upmost respect here. The Dr. is the kindest Optometrist I've ever had. I have driven 2 hours to get my glasses here. They are very thorough and kind.

Dr. Trang and her staff are always there to provide a welcoming and friendly experience. My family and I have been under her care for many years. Great people great service.

I have an irrational fear of anything touching my eyes hence visits to the eye doctor are a bit tough for me…but Dr. Keith and the whole office are always kind and accommodating. Once I get past my issues I’m always impressed at the combination of technology and personalized care they put into each visit. Dr. Keith explains everything and I always feel his treatment is grounded in what’s best for me, not what will increase his bottom line. Truly the best overall experience from booking appointments to the office experience to billing - it’s a model of what I wish my other medical experiences were like.

Dr. Furgason is very knowledgeable and pleasant, while providing great feedback. She is a 10 out of 10! Today, my visit was much quicker and seamless. Prior visits I have experienced much longer wait times.

Mixed review…eye exam is done remotely which was fine. They couldn’t do my glasses in a day so I had to go to a competitor. (I lost my glasses needed then fast)

Which I could rate this place 0 Stars. I would never recommend anyone to come here. Unfortunately I took my grandma here back in July of 2021. Now she has severe cataracts in both her eyes, which is not something that develops over night. Yet nobody ever informed her about her condition which only caused it to get worse and worse since we were not told what was going on or even given a referral to a specialist. Definitely don’t recommend this place.
