Really bad experience here, never again coming back. They took 14 days to get her glasses ready and called to keep myself updated and they respond to 3 to 5 more days they will be ready. It's really unacceptable, I had called days prior and they leave me on hold and hang up on me so unprofessional. I brought my children here cause of the reviews. But never again!

Today was my first visit and I must say, I loved it! Friendly staff and great service! During my exam everything was explained to be and all of my questions were answered. I will definitely be returning next year for my exam.

I came to the Target Optical in Frisco (Stonebriar) store for new RX sunglasses. Gabe helped me pick out, took my information, including RX and verified my insurance. Checkout was smooth. Received a text message after a week that they’re ready. Pick up was also smooth. Satisfied customer here.
