Terrible customer service. My fiancé ordered glasses from them and got the run around every time he called to check on his order, finally he stopped in over 2 months later to find out they "hadn't ordered them yet" and his prescription was expired. If you can avoid this place, please do.

I HIGHLY recommend coming here for all your eye glass and contact needs. Ive been wearing glasses since I was a child and my prescription is very high and not easy to deal with. Not only did they spend a ton of time making sure my prescription was absolutely 100% accurate but the service here is top-notch and so friendly! The list of positive things I have to say about Lansdale optical is extensive so let me just say this, we will be customers for life My family and I love Lansdale optical!

The doctor is a liar who lied to my son and I. He was rude, never took accountability, or even apologized. Never coming back here and I suggest anyone looking for an eye doctor for their family to find a better location than this for your eye care. We both left disgusted and disappointed with the doctor.

Staff was amazing and very understanding. My son has autism & even with his sensitivity to touch & objects in his face, they still mastered the job! Highly recommended! Also a very fast process!

I had a great experience at Dr. Chen's optometrist office. The office was easy to locate, and the staff was friendly and efficient in checking me in for my appointment. Dr. Chen was professional, knowledgeable and attentive. He took the time to address all of my concerns and questions, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Chen. Looking forward to returning for my annual eye exam!

The wait time is significant, but the staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful. Dr. Bean is awesome. He is very caring and kind. He is professional and courteous. I highly recommend this place for your eye needs. All staff is very nice and helpful. The parking lot could use more space!

I have always had really great experiences here! I had an appointment this morning and all of the staff were welcoming and kind! One of the staff members was so helpful when I was looking at frames. She asked me what kind of style I was looking for and she picked out about 7 or 8 different styles for me to try on. I ended up choosing a frame that she picked out, a style I wouldn't have chosen to try on my own! It was a really relaxed and positive experience! Highly recommend

My experience with Dr. Issa in the eye examination due to allergies was extremely bad. His behavior was unprofessional and not very attentive. He applied an eye dilation drop without my permission and without explaining the possible effects, putting me at risk because I was driving after the visit. He ignored my questions and displayed a lack of professionalism. I recommend thinking carefully before choosing him as an eye doctor.
