Stopped in to see the doctor on duty at Village Vision while shopping at Costco. I had a concern about a possible contact left in my eye. Dr. Nguyen was on duty & had a little time between appointments. I've been a patient at Village Vision for years. I asked if she could take a quick courtesy peek at my eye to see if a contact somehow was lodged? Yes, she could for an office charge of $55. Really? My family and I will be getting eye exams elsewhere. Very disappointed.😔

Overall great visit, Dr Kim takes the time to explain exactly whats going on. Very friendly staff, overall would recommend.

I’ve worked at Eyes Downtown for 4 years. We love all our customers and try to help them no matter what even if it’s the smallest thing like changing nose pads or a cleaning. You will always find top notch service when it comes to EDT! Love this place!

I went to my optometrist and she referred me to Dr Singh at Premiere Vision for cataract surgery My vision was blurry and I was unable to see that good. When I went for my first appointment it was very comfortable because Dr Singh & his staff was so good to explain each step they was doing. Had my right eye done first with a special lens. Day of surgery it was good & I didn’t feel any pain at all. The left eye was done few weeks later and now I have great vision. It was a piece of cake I highly recommend Dr Singh. He and his staff are so special to make sure taken care of.

Dr. Nguyen was amazing! He is an extremely caring doctor and took his time with my dad, explaining step by step and educated him about cataracts and long term effects etc. His staff was amazing and likely will recommend this place to others!

Dr. Shah has excellent personal and professional skills. He has an excellent knowledge of ophthalmology. He is patient and willing to answer any and all questions. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I had back pain. My friend strongly recommended me come to here for acupuncture and massage ever, after first acupuncture and massage therapy. No pain! It’s magic. I strong suggest come to dr xu for acupuncture. And the massage therapist very helpful and professional. Thanks dr cu! You are the best!

Love this place. Very clean very friendly and he’s great with kids. I’ll never go anywhere else

I went to see Dr. Berk today for an issue that was causing pain in one of my eyes. He was a little stand offish at first, but immediately warmed up to have a great patient/physician experience. He immediately accessed and handled the situation. The pain immediately went away after the minor procedure. And he gave me a prescription to take home. It was like he was magical. I highly recommend!

If I could give this location lower than 1 star I would. I went in on Aug 3, 2023 to get an eye exam for my son (6) and I. Dr. Joanna is great and was excellent. I ordered a pair of glasses for myself and my son after finding out he needed glasses from Tony Puller. Both were ordered (I thought) that day. The following week I picked up my glasses and was told my son’s would be there soon. 2 weeks go by and I call and never get a phone call back. Finally, I went into the store on Aug 26 and met with Tony (after waiting almost an hour because he “ran to the bank” when I got there). He pulled my son’s glasses order out of the top drawer of his desk and said “Ma’am, I own this, I apologize, I didn’t order them.” These glasses frame’s color was not in the store and we were told they could order them no problem. So he ordered the frames while I was there and I was told they would be there soon. Keep in mind my son started school and needed these glasses for reading. On Sept 5, I called Tony and was told that they had the lenses and not the frames. What?! Obviously I am very upset and was told he would call me back (shocker he didn’t). I then called the next day (Sept. 6) and Tony had “run to the bank” again. When he finally called me back he was rude and didn’t own his part in this whole fiasco. It’s insane to me that ordering a pair of kids sunglasses from a GLASSES COMPANY was this difficult. I canceled my order and will never go back or recommend anyone use the For Eyes (Especially Higgins) location in the future. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

The ladies who work in this office are so pleasant and helpful. It's a lovely new office and easy to access. The doctor is pleasant and takes time to answer questions, even in his busyness. I always go to Dr Prince. He's a fine eye doctor.
