Terrible office experience, Unprofessional and snooty Was kept waiting 45 min and when I complained I was told they needed to verify the VA would pay before I was seen - even though tri west made the appt referral, .. and why not do this before my appointment, or at the time it was booked or anything other than keep me waiting wasting my time while making me feel second class using VA healthcare coverage(?) Type of care received was a full eye exam and the quality of the exam by the OPT was good but I would not recommend this business.

The front office and medical assistants are great. However the one doctor I’ve had to go to several times here is condescending, impatient always in a hurry to rush through the appointment and procedure, and becomes irritated and sarcastic if he has to give me another dose of numbing drops for my eyes to continue w the procedure he impatiently says that it shouldn’t hurt instead of recognizing each patient has their own individual level of pain tolerance. Any good doctor or dentist knows this but he’s in such a hurry to race to the next patient he complains about having to take another 2 minutes to provide numbing drops to my eyes. He may have expertise and skill in the clinical sense but he lacks showing care and regard for the patients individual needs and seems to be so focused on getting as many patients seen in a hurry. Since this has occurred more than once w him it wasn’t a one off where he was having a bad day. Skill and experience can’t make up for lacking basic regard and respect for patients individual health needs. I can’t speak for other doctors in the practice as my only experience has been with Dr Lo.

Edit- my review is for the one in the south hills Best place for glasses in the city. Perfectly ran by some amazing ladies that don’t mess around and get you the best price under your insurance. I got some sick ray bans for $100 and change and my last glasses with insurance cost me $400 at another place

Husband had lasik & all was well initially. His vision changed very shortly after, within their “warranty” period and he was made to believe it was a “normal change” so they they didn’t have to repeat his lasik at no cost! Despite multiple attempts to have them redo the lasik as it seems to have failed … they did everything in their power to not redo the procedure we paid over $7k for! He was back to wearing glasses within 8mos of the procedure! We went to Mann Eye for their reputation, but clearly it’s a farse!! Buyer beware!

Dr Lee was amazing! She took the time to go over my eye scans and answer all my questions. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly and the showroom/waiting room is clean and comfortable. I have been going to my local Accuvision office for a few years now and will continue to do so.

I went here and I payed cash to have my glasses done over night and behind my back they charged my insurance card aswell so they can get paid double terrible service they just str8 stold from me and wen I spoke to the owner all she said he will do is give me a discount and she said nothing is free in this world but my money was when they charged me double

Absolutely great service and eye doctor!

Dr. Voyles was pleasant and very informative. She answered my questions and explained things well. Her exam was thorough and I enjoyed meeting and having her do my eye exam.

Dr. Sharieff and Lori are so wonderful. I've switched from using contacts and glasses into now using Ortho-K lenses with Dr. Sharieff's recommendation. I had never heard of this type of treatment before speaking with Dr. Sharieff. Though I may rarely use glasses to drive at night, I am able to go throughout my day without wearing any form of corrective lenses. Since I've been using contacts/glasses since childhood, not using any lenses at all during my days have transformed my life. A huge thank you to Dr. Sharieff for this treatment recommendation that was new for me, and for both Dr. Sharieff and Lori for your kindness and for being so welcoming each and every time I come and visit.

Going into the store, I was promptly greeted. Went over to my favorite section, Cartier as I was looking to pick up two new frames. Azhane took such great care of me and my brother. We were treated with patience, vast amount of information and were able to try on multiple pair of glasses. We got some insightful recommendations that we actually went with. It was a speedy process at the register. We were told we would get our custom lenses back in about a week and a half, it literally was less than a week when I was getting a call saying they were ready. Again, Azhane was a GREAT help and I will for sure be back.
