This place is literally so cute. They checked EVERY BOX, excellent services! Staff super friendly and attentive, knowledgeable and really listened. 10/10 highly recommend had my eye appointment (which was super thorough) and brought my mom for her the next day. I will be back every year and will find reasons to come back!

Dr. Williams is an excellent provider. He takes the time to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. I’ve had eye problems for my entire life and this is the first office that has been able to actually address what is going on and provide a treatment plan and solutions that actually help and work. I’ve not had good experiences with their office staff in the past, but the new people that are there now are knowledgeable, efficient, courteous, and deliver patient centered care to the best of their ability. I feel truly taken care of when I go in and that my eye health is in good hands. The only thing that keeps me from making this a 4 or 5 star review is the billing. Their billing department definitely leaves more to be desired and needs more training or work. I’m constantly having to call in about my bill and how they are billing insurance. If I had known that their billing staff hadn’t improved like the rest of their staff has, I would have requested to bill my insurance myself. It takes more of my time and is more of a headache working with their billing department than it should be. I work in medical billing myself and verify my insurance benefits before going into the office for an appointment so I’m not left with any surprises. I am still left surprised by the inability to bill correctly by this clinic, though I guess I shouldn’t be by now. I wouldn’t expect patients to have to tell me how to bill in my own job and it is beyond frustrating that this is a constant occurrence and battle with this practice. If it weren’t for the excellent providers there that specialize in my specific eye condition, the frustration with the billing department would have me looking for a new provider.

Dr. Bryce Johnson truly cares for his patients and takes the time to explain diagnoses and treatment plans in a way that is easy to understand. He is excellent with all ages. I have recommended this office to many friends and they have all been satisfied as well. I highly recommend this Eye Doctor!

I love Florida Eye Clinic. They are so caring about every thing to do with your eyes and have a doctor for everything. My Mother and Father used Dr. Pappas and the others for years and now I do. My visits are always great.

I saw Dr Lyles yesterday and this place is terrific. He made a correction with my eye and my vision is improved today by 200% and for that I say “thank you!”

When i recommend this place I always say come ready to wait. Bring snacks and a charged phone and it will all be worth it. I got laser, I was nervous but Dr. Peace calmed me. It only lasted a minute and I could see an hour after. I am so happy. He needs a commercial on television because he is amazing. You can’t find this kind of comfort from any doctor. God bless his hands.

I was traveling in Cruces and forgot my contacts. The staff here was extremely helpful and accommodating. They got my prescription from my doctor at home and supplied me with enough contacts for my trip with no hassle. Other places I had called said I would need a contact lense exam even with my script. Highly recommend!

Amazing place everyone was so kind and wonderful . I went in on November 2nd 2023 @ 9:00 I left around 10:30 . Doctor did an amazing job she explained everything to me . She suggested I get a set of contacts for a trail run and it was the best investment in myself I could have done . SUPER great job I’ll tell all my buddies about the spot thanks Jones eye care

I've been seeing Dr Butler since I moved to the area in 2012. Dr Butler is/was the first optometrist to spend umpteen countless hours getting me into multi focal contact lenses that were comfortable. I can't tell you how patient, helpful, willing, and hard working he was to get me there and I love them! Been wearing contacts for many years now. Without his relentless patience and determined attitude, I would have given up as I did in all the previous years with different doctors. He's a terrific doctor and it's always like visiting with old friends when I have an appointment. I've moved kind of out of the area but drive back to round Rock to see him. I won't be switching. Make the appointment, you won't be sorry!
