This was about the best experience I've had getting new glasses. The staff were amazing, especially Amber. Her sweet spirit and bedside manner were matched only by her knowledge and professionalism. I was never in the dark about procedures as she vocally walked me through the said procedures. Her kindness and sense of humor directly put me at ease. I can assuredly state MyEyeDoctor has earned a customer and friend 4 life and I will share this experience with others. 10 out of 5 stars!

We scheduled our appointment ~4 months in advance. Two weeks before our appointment, we received a phone call canceling our appointment and rebooking for ~3 months after our scheduled appointment. We had booked flights and made plans around our appointment only to be told the doctor had a conference to attend and was not available during our scheduled appointment. Two weeks notice before the appointment. This practice is mismanaged; we will not be seeing a doctor who cares so little about her patients. I wouldn’t waste your time with this doctor.

Dr. Borgnini was excellent with my 8 year old! She took her time to explain to him everything she was doing! The techs are great too! Very accommodating to children. The front desk ladies got me checked in pretty quickly as well! Great eyecare!

Staff was helpful and nice enough. I’ve bought frames from them in the past, and they were great. PD, or pupillary distance, was missing from my prescription, similar to most optometrist prescriptions nowadays. There are plenty of places online to print a PD ruler for free. I had no issues with this. Worked just fine. I needed a prescription for specialized prescription protective safety glasses in the shop that you would not find inside a store like this. They should. I think they may be surprised at how many people need things like this.

Very rude staff, manager is a monster. She wouldn’t leave a message for a doctor I was seeing at the clinic. The manager refused to tell me her name but it starts with a B. Just thought I would let others know in case this happened to someone else.

Refuses to reissue two $30 checks that they were over paid by the insurance because I did not cash the checks within 60 days because of knee surgery and recovery. After an overpayment, I was sent two checks in the amount of $30 each. (Both which I still have copies of). Because of knee surgery and recovery I did not receive my mail in time to cash these checks within the 60 days printed on the checks and my name was spelled wrong. So, I took the checks back after I called and explained the issue. I was told these could be reissued and that I needed to just bring them in. I did also mention that my name was spelled wrong. After taking the checks to the Baird on Knoxville I took back the checks along with the stub. I was told to leave and the checks will be reissued. I contacted them three weeks later. I was told by a lady who was extremely rude to me it was their policy not to reissue checks if they were over 60 days. I was told I would not getting the money that they were over paid. It was their policy and there was nothing they could do. $60 dollars has removed me as a customer. I had spent more than $700 cash but $60 could not be returned. People like this who knowingly keep/steal money after they have been paid are terrible and it shows unfair business practices. The person I talked with was extremely rude and told me that it was policy to not reissue and that I had lied about someone telling me I would be getting a new check. Of course they would say this to cover them selves. How many other customers have they knowingly kept their money. Never again!

Dr. Pak is simply amazing! My son had a tear in the muscle of his eye lid. Dr. Pak did the surgery necessary to correct the problem. He did a beautiful job. He is most definitely a gifted surgeon. I have complete faith in his abilities and advice and would highly recommend him.

I've always had sensitive eyes, but that sensitivity went to a whole new level this past spring when I started getting large styes that would not go away. At that point, my eyes were so sensitive, I stopped being able to tolerate any eye makeup no matter what brand, type or ingredients because it would make my styes worse. I also had a droopy left eyelid that began to negatively affect my vision so much that I couldn't complete a routine eye exam in early June, which is when I received my diagnosis of ocular rosacea. The treating optometrist at the time prescribed me medication that didn't work well for long, and told me that intense pulsed light (IPL) might be an option for me, although he didn't offer that treatment at his office nor could my provider offer me any option for that type of treatment for months. After that, I researched my condition and decided my best option was to find a dry eye specialist who offered IPL treatments for people like me, and who could schedule me for a treatment evaluation quickly. That's when I found Dr. Azman and Azman Eye Care Specialists. Best move I ever made for my eyes! Dr. Azman himself offered the greatly appreciated personal approach of speaking with me directly before scheduling my evaluation very quickly, which is something no eye care office I had called seemed able to do. My evaluation was comprehensive, and my recommended treatment of four IPL sessions started within the two weeks that followed it. These four sessions have made a world of difference for my eyes (my before treatment, mid treatment, and after treatment pictures SHOW it); my styes went away, my eye inflammation went WAY down, the skin around my eyes looks and feels healthier, and Dr. Azman's treatments very likely saved my eye's tear and oil glands from severe and permanent damage. I am happily now a loyal patient of Azman Eye Care Specialists.
