always gave me a break on the price of rims when mine broke

Dr. Reed changed my prescription and said if I don't like it to call and they can resend the old one. Well, the new one didn't work. I messaged him on the portal and got no response. I waited a week and called and was completely ghosted. I still need a prescription so I'm going to have to pay cash somewhere else to get a new exam because they billed my benefits already. I just want to order contacts, and am unable. This is really frustrating.

Everything is outdated. It seems like chaos a lot of the times, it’s just mediocre. & they kept ordering me the wrong contacts after I asked them not to 3 times!

The service, quality and assistance of all of the team members at the store was AWESOME!!! The staff made all clear, the recommendations, tips and advices made my visit very pleasant. If you need a new pair or made and update go to 20/20!

This was to be my 4th visit w/Dr. Wisotsky for follow ups regarding possible retinal tears in both eyes. After much deliberation & examinations, Dr. Wisotsky concluded that there were no tears, & the concerns I had from cataract surgery (glaze & floaters), would eventually clear up on their own, given adequate time to heal. He has a clear command of his chosen profession, & places patients @ ease. I will recommend him given the opportunity.
