Absolutely great! Tony and Charlene have always been incredibly helpful every time I have been in. From ordering glasses on a new subscription to needing assistance in between this duo is always ready to help. As a military retiree, I have been other places, and Vista Optical at Joint Base Charleston is simply a cut above all the rest.

Everyone at Lenscrafters is very friendly and helpful. Dr. M. Gianfrido is the best, and I feel very comfortable with her care of my eyes. She is very knowledgeable and spends quality time making sure that I am well taken care of. I have been seeing her for many years and trust her implicitly.

My wife turned me on to Dr Brill and his excellent staff. They were thorough, patient, and very informative. I had changed jobs and found out that they were out of my network. I was so impressed with them, I made it a point that when I chose my new insurance, Studio City Optometric Center was in the network... PERIOD! 2 years later when I got back, the quality of service was refreshing compared to what I dealt with previously. Once again I learned something new. Great job and Kudos to Studio City Optometric Center for another great experience! Also, for doubters like me that read the reviews.... I don't receive any discounts... LOL! I am a sales representative for a frame line. I was formerly an optician in a similar atmosphere. When busy, it can be hard to stay positive and sincere. Today while visiting with the optician, I overheard many conversations with patients. I am so impressed with how professional this very busy office is. I was also happy to see a smiling young lady who is bilingual behind the front desk. I love that Dr. McKenzie hires such great staff. I am not even a patient, yet! - Melissa

I went here on a recommendation from a friend. I got my eye exam and was told I needed glasses. I spent over $300 for one pair and the exam. When they came in I was pleased until I got home and realized the glare was horrible. I paid the extra money for anti-glare and extra scratch protection. There’s letters and numbers on the lenses and that’s exactly where the glare is. This is only on Nikon lenses. I also noticed that while my right eye was improved with glasses, it was still blurry compared to my left eye. I told them about it and they made me another appointment. This exam took an hour and he changed the script. A week later I went in for the new lenses. I couldn’t walk in those, let alone drive. Complete double vision. Now I can’t get in anywhere else for a script to prove them wrong and get a refund. Very unsatisfied. Editing to add that I did get an exam done somewhere else and both of the scripts Walmart gave me were wrong. I got a full refund and now have glasses that I can actually see out of. You have to have a new script that shows different from they are saying to get a refund. Americas best fixed me right up. I can’t believe Walmart made my glasses worse the second time.

The staff and doctor are great and nice but the equipment and system are so old. It was the first optical store that I haven been to which does not have automatic ophthalmic refractometer. Re prescriptions, they couldn’t send to pharmacy … More

This was my first appointment with AVOC, and my first time meeting Dr. Clark. I felt so comfortable and really well cared for! I’ve not had terrible -not great, but not terrible- experiences, so I thought! This office and their staff really set the bar for basic human care, let alone medical services. Beyond grateful for the team I met today! Thank you all so much!
