After being tested 3x at the office in Libertyville still no solution to my problem. I don't recommend this business. They don't care. And of course they don't appreciate anything less than 5 star reviews

From the moment my father and I stepped into this office we were treated amazing! From the front desk to Dawn (who my dad loved!) to Jon who took pics of my dads eyes. Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable and respectful. Then steps in Dr Ravage....AMAZING he did a complete thorough exam in which my dad commented that he never had an exam like that before...he looked at everything!! Top notch in my books. My dad is transferring from Florida and Dr Ravage already know everything about my dads condition upon entering the room, it was like we had seen him for years. COMPLETELY IMPRESSED BY THE ENTIRE OFFICE!!! My dad would give Dr Ravage 10 stars. So happy we found this office :)

Dr. Ravage and his entire staff are a very welcoming and professional. Dr. Ravage has taken time to explain every aspect of my situation and has set a plan for treatment that I feel is comprehensive and was explained in a very understandable way. He is very open and pleasant to deal with. More important is i feel comfortable in putting my trust in him and his syaff..Thank you Illinois Retina Associates!!!

Beautiful clean office, great experience. Super friendly staff and very knowledgeable doctor. Had myself and my child checked out, and it was an easy breeze visit. Very happy and highly recommend to check this place out and check your ‘EYE’ today.

This facility is a pleasure to go to. Dr. Kacherova is always patient oriented. Helped me with dry eye and my son with night lenses. Always receptive. Easy to make appointments online or by phone. No waiting time. Love our eye doctor and office staff.

All of the staff was lovely! I had my 7-month-old with me and she was pretty fussy but the doctor was wonderful about just getting the exam done quickly and she was so incredibly sweet about my baby. The receptionist was so nice and friendly with everyone. You could really tell she was just enjoying her job and it was very refreshing. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend and will be going back.

I had an urgent issue and they were able to get me in same day! Wonderful service, very efficient and compassionate team. Felt very lucky to have landed here that day - would come again and would highly recommend!

The staff at the Buffalo Grove Family Eye Physicians eye clinic were all very attentive to my needs and questions. In addition, the staff treated me with the utmost respect. I appreciated the front desk staff's support with paperwork as well as answering some questions. The optometrist, Iwona Lazarz, OD, was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire eye exam. I appreciate her for her knowledge and patience as I deciphered whether "1 or 2" were the clearer option for my eyes. After my exam, I was able to get my PD from Antonio at the other end of the clinic and he provided me with useful information about new lens technology and options for frames and glasses. Thank you, team, for your excellent service!

In my numerous visits to this location, the customer service has always been outstanding. However, Jennifer deserves particular consideration for really going above and beyond every time she has assisted me. Always willing to dig through my file and insurance plan, she consistently finds the best possible outcome for me and I cannot express how grateful I am for all of her time and effort. Thank you Jennifer for being awesome!

The staff at Pearle Vision is awesome! One of the lenses on my glasses came off, I went it to have it fixed and they were able to do it on the spot! Thank you, awesome service!!
