Today was my first time visiting this clinic for my 2 kids (5 and 7 years old) and the moment I entered I was notified of the out of pocket charges even though I had a good vision insurance. Also, I wouldn’t recommend this clinic for kids at all. The doctor didn’t even try to examine my 5 year old and straight away recommended to the other pediatric doctor as he wasn’t staying still. Maybe we were the last patient for the day and she was in hurry to leave. But overall very disappointed with the visit as there were hidden charges and doctor was not kid friendly. I regret that I came here and didn’t go to Gustafson eye care where I usually go.

What a lovely place! My husband and I felt very comfortable going here! Best service, very professional customer experience, play place for the kid while the parents doing their check ups! The front desk girls are wonderful, welcoming🫶 loved loved loved The doctor taking her time with the patient! I mean what else do you need!!! Great job Thank you! We are definitely coming back!

I got two pairs of glasses. They weee of different strengths and the glass fell out of one pair and I ended up wearing another pair that Ihad received 5 years earlier from Dr Rufd

Dr. Douglas Kaplan is the best, most compassionate and most brilliant Optomologist I’ve ever seen. He recently did my cataract surgery and it was extremely successful. Plus, every time I’ve had an appointment with him, he takes an incredible amount of time explaining in detail everything without ever rushing me out or making me feel uneasy. I would highly recommend him!

Office should be ALWAYS be open as posted office hours ....

With the few one star reviews, I was a bit nervous about my appointment, but the whole staff was top notch. They greeted me pleasantly, ran on time, the person administering all my tests was kind and patient and had me giggling. Dr. Epstein is no nonsense, but kind and professional. She looked at the whole picture, followed up with my primary care doc, and gave me all my options. I am very pleased with the care I received and am happy to continue as her patient.

Rachel Epstein, MD, VERY RUDE! This trash of a MD has no manners at all how to speak to patients.! I was so disgusted with her rudeness. Her work ethic VERY POOR! I have no trust in Rachel Epstein, MD, practice.. Stay away from trash at any cost.!!
