Appt was timely, no waiting to see eye Dr. Bina is absolutely amazing! She is knowledgeable and objectively assists with frame type, design and lenses, according to your personal preferences, not to mention, she will tell you honestly if the frame looks good on your face. Will define coming back.

The eye Dr and her assistant were absolutely amazing. Wonderful customer service and a pleasure. Cindy at the front desk could stand to learn some of these traits. Her customer service was horrible. She was absolutely rude to not only my wife and I but also her fellow employees. Her body language was beyond bad. These reasons stemming because lack of knowledge at her job. We came in with knowledge of both of our insurances as we have 2. This lady didn’t even put both insurances in and still charged us x amount. She was very rude to her fellow employee who was trying to help. The sad part is they work a lot with the older demographic . Hopefully Cindy isn’t pulling this on those customers. before going in make sure you know your benefits and what you will be paying out of pocket. Would have gave 5 stars if not for Cindy and her lack of knowledge and disrespectful mouth.

From the first phone call making an appt with Cindy I felt this was the place for my mom. She was very nice, professional and caring. Most of all they all listened. I could tell Yuni was very considerate and proficient in her communication to Dr. Clair about my mom's concerns. Dr. Clair was patient and explained everything meticulously. The entire office staff was top notch from beginning to end.

Told me they can schedule me unless I pay out of pocket full price because they are in transition between different doctors. (OR) if I have an eye condition they can bill insurance, I won’t have to pay. I told them, how Roni know if I have an eye condition if I don’t see the doctor??? You understand that why I’m making this appointment. They reply, well you will have to pay out of pocket the. That’s the office policy.

I was very pleased with how thorough the eye examination is. The suggested treatment also made sense, very reasonable and not jumping into some of the more aggressive methods. Definitely recommend Dr. Ottaviano!

Dr O. Is thorough, takes time to explain what he is doing, and seeks to ensure his patients understand the medical care being received. In a healthcare culture where patients can be "just a number", that will NOT be your experience at Lake County Vision Care.

I’ve been coming here for many years and seen multiple optometrists in the practice. The service has always been excellent, friendly and trustworthy. I always feel like I’m given good options that work with my insurance coverage and budget and not up-charged on random services. Highly recommend!

Dr. Anita Han is personable, honest and skilled in her work. Dr. Han is an excellent doctor who is not only highly knowledgeable and skilled but very personable, attentive, thorough and honest. Of all the years I have visited doctors for myself or my kids, she is the best! She gives great advice that benefits me as a patient. I feel like she has my best interest in mind, which is not something I naturally feel from my doctors. I would come here even if the drive was farther. I'm quite fickle so both Dr. Han and Susan, the optician, helped me make the best informed financial decisions and are great at finding the best look for glasses too! All of her equipment is more advanced than I have ever seen and their glasses selections are stylish and modern. An extra perk is their style recommendations. I am happy with their recommended selections for glasses and sunglasses! They also send text and email reminders which is helpful for a busy mom and run their business very smoothly! There is a reason why Focal Point is so highly rated! (I dont ever leave reviews unless there is a place that stands out and needs to be mentioned.)

My daughters and I have been seeing Dr. Han for many years and we've always received prompt, excellent service. The entire staff is welcoming and professional, and Dr. Han takes the time to do a thorough exam (I never feel rushed) and answer any questions or concerns I have. She is also great with kids. My 4 year old daughter enjoyed her experience at the eye doctor so much that she said she asked when she was going to go back to see Dr. Han! I highly recommend Focal Point Eyecare!

Dr. Han is personable and made me feel very comfortable. I was fascinated by the latest technology she had in her office. She has equipment that I've never seen before and made the overall experience a breeze. I've already recommended her to a dear friend.
