Dr. John O"Neill is a very thorough, professional, and amazing treatment provider. He has always advised me as we go through different treatments, and answered any questions for better understanding and best possible course of action for the future. I would undoubtedly recommend Dr. John O'Neill to anyone in need of vision care.

Dr O’Neill is an outstanding optometrist; he is thorough and has kind and caring manner, the combination of which is rarely found nowadays. I really appreciate that he takes his time to explain diagnoses and options. I highly recommend Dr O’Neill!

They had the wrong phone number on file for me so they cancelled my appt without notice. Drove all the way to the office, they didn’t bother to send an email or any other form of communication. Unprofessional staff interaction when I went in for scheduled appt. I would recommend Doctors of Optometry in the same plaza, they are a lot more professional and take the care of their patients more seriously!

This location just gave me another reason to find a new eye doctor, so the first reason is that they are open on Mondays but yeah there is no doctor in on a Monday and if they are open on a Monday they have to have doctors in on Mondays for appointments Not only that every time I have bought glasses here they have pushed me to buy the warranty to cover the glasses and I have been OK with purchasing the warranty because I have been told every time that it would be a one year warranty I just had to stop in this location today to take advantage of the warranty for the first time and I found out that it was a one year one time warranty. And that is unacceptable because I have always been told that it is a one year warranty not a one year one time. The only thing that is good about this place is the doctor herself. She is very nice and very helpful. I would recommend the actual doctor to anyone, but I would not recommend my eye doctor for buying glasses.

Bad customer service. No Respect for appointments. My appointments were canceled without my approval. Absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately, I cannot give it a zero star.

Note: This is rating is not based on any medical care received, just the scheduling and office experience. My children's pediatrician recommended an ophthalmologist at this practice (who has since retired) and we've been going for the required small handful of visits for a number of years. When I called for an appointment, it took me 2 months to get in. We've always had to wait a bit of time to get into our appointments. Today however, we arrived on time and there were 3 other patients waiting in the waiting area. Once we waited 30 minutes, overheard another person who entered the room that the wait was going to be at least an hour (plus another patient check in as well, so that's 6 of us waiting), I asked how long it would be and they told me at least 30 minutes to get into a room, and then more time to see the doctor, because she likes to take her time with patients. (Which is fine if you create your scheduled time appropriately.) The office staff was apologetic, but honestly not forthcoming with that information when I walked through the door. I would have anticipated that if they were that far behind, they should start calling their patients before they leave their house, so they can make a choice on how to use their time. After that conversation, I decided to leave and will be finding another eye care practice to go to. I've also informed my pediatrician's office who referred me about the inexcusable wait time and lack of communication.

This clinic is a complete waste of time. My initial appointment was canceled because I was 15 minutes late even though I called them because I was having trouble getting to this clinic because google maps does not take you directly to the clinic. Now my son's appointment got rescheduled without notification. After we have already show up at the clinic. This is unacceptable. A one star cannot even by justified by how you run your clinic.

We have had only great experiences here. The doctor is amazing! My son loves her and she has such great energy.

Never got to even take my mom in for her consultation appointment. They canceled it the day of, 3 hours beforehand. Simply because they told us since she didn't have insurance the Doctor wouldn't see her since if she got surgery she'd have to pay for it. This would have been nice to know when I booked the appointment A MONTH AGO. I could've taken hey somewhere else. I understand they need to make money but this is ridiculous.
