I went to this doctor to find out why I keep having ear infections as an adult. The first time I went they ran tests on me and concluded that I did have an ear infection something I told them that I had when I got to the office. Doctor spent 5 minutes with me, and I was charged in two separate bills about 218 dollars after insurance. They told me to come back if the pills they gave me didn't clear up the issue and they would take a second look at it. The pills worked a little but still the issue persisted. I went back to them spent 2 hours waiting to see the doctor. Just for him to say yes, I still had the ear infection which is something I already knew and was looking for answer but was told it will go away eventually (as I am writing now it been about 4 months and the infection has finally started to subside). While I was in the doctor’s office, I asked why I keep getting these infections as an adult because they started happening 3 years ago. Doctor said he has no idea and had no suggestion on how to not get these ear infections. If you want my advice don't go to this doctor. They over charge and proved no answers. If I could I would give them 0 stars.

I saw Dr. John Bennett at the Draper location. I found him after seeing another doctor who I was not pleased with. From the initial meeting with Dr Bennett I felt very calm about the surgery and very excited actually. After examining my nose he explained everything so well that when he asked if I had questions I literally couldn't think of one! He met with me right before the surgery - explained everything again. After surgery I had very little pain... The whole healing process was really easy and I was so impressed! This is a breathing issue that I've dealt with for about 20 years and it's unbelievable how much better I feel... Like night and day. I would recommend Dr John Bennett any day and seriously wish I would've met him sooner!

Ashley and Joe are AMAZING! Look nowhere else to SEE the WORLD in a WHOLE NEW LIGHT. I have been to eye doctor after eye doctor, as I am a walking medical miracle and it is all thanks to Ashley and Joe's attention to detail. I thought I could never wear glasses and they proved me wrong. I am legally blind and the glasses they gave me work just as well as my Scleral Lenses. I couldn't believe it! I have been proved wrong, in the BEST WAY!
Thank you Joe and Thank you Ashley for your kind services and willingness to make sure things were perfect before sending me on my way. 10 Stars on a 5 Star Scale!!!

I have to agree with the previous poster. You haven't had your eyes examined until you go to Dr. Martin and Ashley. If you care about your eyes, see Dr. Martin.

I would give zero Stars if I could. He saw my adult disabled daughter. He knew she was disabled because she was on Medicare. He ran a bunch of expensive tests, when she had asked for a basic eye exam. Then handed her a bill for $185, then refused to Bill Medicare for her. Then would not give her her prescription so she could get glasses elsewhere. Her father is her payee for her disability check, he called and talked to the office and offered to make payments, but they still would not give her, her prescriptions tell the full amount was paid off.

Both Dr Kirk’s have gone above and beyond with helping our family in emergency eye care. I’ve had 2 separate cases where two of my children had issues that needed immediate care and these great Dr’s pulled through, one even being on a weekend. Didn’t hesitate to come in on a Sunday to treat the issue. They are professional and kind and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend these fantastic Dr’s.

we were visiting Utah all the way from Wisconsin for vacation and the first full day we were there we had an emergency. the doctors at Moab regional hospital (who were equally amazing) recommended us to Central Eye Utah in Richfield, where my husband was able to be seen right away. we felt so welcomed and so relieved to have answers and a treatment plan, and we can carry on the rest of our vacation more or less as planned.
thank you to everyone at this clinic!! especially Dr. Kevin Kirk for making this such a smooth situation, especially since it was during Thanksgiving week.
while we hope to never be in this type of situation, if we (or anyone else, visitor or resident!) find ourselves needing eye care we will definitely be coming here for it.

Kevin and Brian are the best eye doctors I’ve ever been too. They treat you like a good friend and are so willing to help you out. I’ve been recommending them to everyone I know. They definitely know what they are doing. I just hope one day I can repay them for keeping my eyes in tip top shape. Thank you Kevin and Brian. You guys are the absolute best.

Dr Dodds and his staff are very friendly and concerned about my needs. Worked with me to make sure my prescription was correct. Addressed my condition well and made me feel secure in their treatment plan!

I’ve been coming here in my early teen years but now that I’m 21, I’m going to find another optometrist. Dr. Brockbank was alright and you know, did his job like any other doctor. There was one appointment where it took so long and while he was performing the exam, there was no enthusiasm out of him and overall felt rushed.
The main reason why I want to change doctors is because of the billing part of this facility. I’ve given them my insurance and the billing lady made it clear that I didn’t have to pay anything just for my lens (because I didn’t want new frames) and additional add-ons which was over $130, that’s fine. 3 months later and I get a statement bill of $245 making it seem like my insurance didn’t cover it, when in fact they did. They’ve sent this bill again a few weeks ago and I think it’s ridiculous that they’re not up to date with getting on contact with their billing company to stop sending a bill I don’t owe. What if an elderly patient received this same bill and called the phone # listed or pay through the website when they don’t owe anything??
Other reviews mention that this place only cares about $ and I might have to agree.
