The reason they are so cheap is being Costco only put three workers for the entire center so it takes 45 minutes to pick up contacts

The optometrist was very good but the the counter customer service is terrible. I was interested into trying different frames and when I asked a staff member to see some displays he just placed them over the counter and started talking to the next person in line. Never asked if I liked a particular frame or how it felt on my face. I had to keep asking to see different frames. Due to this experience will very likely not purchase any prescription frames or lenses at Costco.

I purchased a rather difficult pair of glasses that would often break due to design flaws unrelated to Costco. The kind, patient, and intelligent staff at Costco helped me tremendously. They took their time and fixed the frames at least 4 times. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the lack of support for some of their older model frames and one less than positive employee.

A couple of weeks ago I was battling conjunctivitis (pink eye) and losing badly. I had been through three doctors visits and three old school antibiotic prescriptions that were accomplishing nothing. Dr. Galehdari made room to see me and, within 30 minutes of calling to schedule an appointment, I was sitting in the exam chair as she skillfully assessed my situation. She educated me on my ailment and provided me with the correct course of treatment while showing me amazing kindness. She even expressed sympathy for, instead of frustration with, the other 'doctors' who had left me needlessly suffering for over 30 days. I will only be frequenting her establishment for my family's eye care moving forward. 6 stars!

We had to find a new eye doctor as ours started making some mistakes and we were referred to Dr. Galehdari and WOW is the way to start this review! I am beyond impressed with her and Ashley too. The kindness, care and TIME spent with us was unreal. Dr. G also took the time to explain everything in detail and in terms that made sense to us. I am moving all the kids over here as well as referring all of my friends and family this way. We cannot thank her enough for the detailed care and help today!

I have been a patient of Dr. Galehdari's now for at least the last ten years. My spouse and another family member have been seeing Dr. Galehdari for even longer. Her office is very professional both in terms of its staff and furnishings. She has very up-to-date imaging and other eye testing equipment. Dr. Galehdari is very friendly, exceptionally knowledgeable, and is not afraid to personally make follow-up calls to patients to determine the status of outcomes for eye related issues that go beyond the scope of her normal services. She routinely goes above and beyond what is expected. My family and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Dr. Bennett and his staff are amazing!!! Thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and on-time... if you are busy like I am. They constantly check-up on my progress and I am blessed to put my health & well-being in their hands.

I went to this doctor to find out why I keep having ear infections as an adult. The first time I went they ran tests on me and concluded that I did have an ear infection something I told them that I had when I got to the office. Doctor spent 5 minutes with me, and I was charged in two separate bills about 218 dollars after insurance. They told me to come back if the pills they gave me didn't clear up the issue and they would take a second look at it. The pills worked a little but still the issue persisted. I went back to them spent 2 hours waiting to see the doctor. Just for him to say yes, I still had the ear infection which is something I already knew and was looking for answer but was told it will go away eventually (as I am writing now it been about 4 months and the infection has finally started to subside). While I was in the doctor’s office, I asked why I keep getting these infections as an adult because they started happening 3 years ago. Doctor said he has no idea and had no suggestion on how to not get these ear infections. If you want my advice don't go to this doctor. They over charge and proved no answers. If I could I would give them 0 stars.

I saw Dr. John Bennett at the Draper location. I found him after seeing another doctor who I was not pleased with. From the initial meeting with Dr Bennett I felt very calm about the surgery and very excited actually. After examining my nose he explained everything so well that when he asked if I had questions I literally couldn't think of one! He met with me right before the surgery - explained everything again. After surgery I had very little pain... The whole healing process was really easy and I was so impressed! This is a breathing issue that I've dealt with for about 20 years and it's unbelievable how much better I feel... Like night and day. I would recommend Dr John Bennett any day and seriously wish I would've met him sooner!

Ashley and Joe are AMAZING! Look nowhere else to SEE the WORLD in a WHOLE NEW LIGHT. I have been to eye doctor after eye doctor, as I am a walking medical miracle and it is all thanks to Ashley and Joe's attention to detail. I thought I could never wear glasses and they proved me wrong. I am legally blind and the glasses they gave me work just as well as my Scleral Lenses. I couldn't believe it! I have been proved wrong, in the BEST WAY! Thank you Joe and Thank you Ashley for your kind services and willingness to make sure things were perfect before sending me on my way. 10 Stars on a 5 Star Scale!!! I have to agree with the previous poster. You haven't had your eyes examined until you go to Dr. Martin and Ashley. If you care about your eyes, see Dr. Martin.
