Great experience! I was politely greeted, spoke to the assistant who took my D/L and insurance card. I had to wait only five to seven minutes before I was called in to begin my eye exam. The doctor's assistant was very professional, and the doctor came in promptly, conducted my eye exam thoroughly, asked many questions, and answered all of mine in very understandable language. I was very pleased with the whole process, which took less than one hour from start to finish. I will definitely recommend Houston Eye Associates to all my friends and family!

Dr Thomas seems to be a great doctor. Explanation of findings was excellent. However the waiting time was way too long. I don't think that the long wait was because of Dr. Thomas. The waits were even longer at the Gramacy location.

Love the Dr. and staff. They work together like a well oiled clock and extremely professional. The move to a satellite location in Humble is a bonus! Many thanks 😊 …

Did not have a long wait period, not even while waiting for the doctor to come in. Front desk does need to be more friendly!

Dr was great, service was polite. However, they need to review their policy about cancelations. Missed a booked app once, didn't call. Completely understand that I didn't attempt to come in. Day had bad weather, and they even called to see if I still planned to come in. Then, come to find out that they scheduled me on a day that i wasn't even supposed to be allowed in due to "their policy about insurance". However, I canceled a 2nd app and realized I wouldn't make it in time due to an actual scheduling conflict. They stated that due to a second no show even though I called, I would no longer be able to schedule an app and have to walk in like an animal off of the street. Terrible policy.

I was seeking a new vendor for my husband to get glasses. I called and made a same day appointment. From the initial contact it felt like a great fit. When he returned home, he was so happy with the service and with the entire experience. Thank you, optician, Morgan K and the entire team. General Manager you have a great team and a great environment.

I highly recommend TSO. They have always been so helpful. Kind, courteous, and a joy to work with. I am going through a difficult time in my life in regards to my health and they have gone above and beyond to help me get through it. I received my glasses in two days!!! I love the friendly knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend you pay them a visit if you are looking for an optometrist and or an ophthalmologist. They will meet all your needs in a kind, caring way, you will walk away with more knowledge than you had prior to your next day appointment. You will also have a smile on your face.

Excellent service! Came after a tricky time at another optometrist. First was greeted by a friendly and very helpful receptionist (didn’t get her name but she was wearing glasses). She got us set up right away, and then we were helped by Morgan to get the glasses all sorted and ordered. Both were a great help and I couldn’t recommend this location more!
