A MUST READ! I DO NOT EVEN WANT TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR THEY NEED ZERO …. So I visited this location on 06/14/2022 because its rating was a 5 star! What a Big mistake! I paid over $500 to get a pair of glasses that I can’t even wear anymore because I received the wrong vision. Beware before paying for expensive glasses. Guys The doctor had me in bifocals and I’m no where near wearing bifocals. I called almost immediately to complain about the blurriness they told me give it a few weeks that I had to give time my eyes time to adjust but even after months later the prescription was still so bad and of course then they didn’t want to help with another test nor refund me my money. To make things worse I was out another $500 because my daughter also received bifocals the same day I visited. Beware of what you may get from here. Limit your spending here because they won’t refund or make it right.

I absolutely love Dr. Rhonda Anderson. She put my daughter in the correct prescription after she had been struggling in the wrong glasses. My sweet 6 year old can finally see!

Talk about lifesavers!! I went in to Family Vision source , with a crunch in time and very overwhelmed. Brandie in the front desk was amazing!! She offered several options for me and was able to squeeze me in for an appointment for my daughter the same day! . The entire staff was so helpful, and quick . Not to mention the glasses took less than a week to be ready! Thank you so much for being amazing!

Dr. Jennifer Melton is one of the best doctors I have she doesn't meet strangers. She makes me and other patients feel like she's known us forever like we're family. I Love her and wouldn't trade her for anyone if I can help it. I pray she remains my doctor forever. She speaks to her patience in a language they understand and makes sure they truly understand. She let's you know your eyes are important to her as well as the patience. I can go on and on how wonderful she is. She makes you feel like you're her only patience and she makes you feel like family.

Dr Melton is terrific. She is the person to go to for cataract surgery. Nobody better.

I have seen Dr. Melton for several years now and have always been greatly satisfied with her. She is always warm and friendly, explains each procedure in detail, she makes sure that you have an understanding of your condition and answers your questions in detail. I am very thankful that Dr. Melton has been my Dr. for years. She is a 5 star person and gives a wonderful 5 star professional service.

Great place for an eye exam! It’s very professional, efficient and thorough! Highly recommended! Will be coming back :)

Wonderful staff, very fast paced, and completely respectful and understanding.

The staff are really knowledgeable, efficient and the customer service is phenomenal. I brought my daughter here for a routine exam and she was very pleased with her visit. I would recommend families who are looking for an optometrist to start here!
