My visit to this TSO location was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by the friendly front desk staff. Everyone I encountered (front desk staff, the woman who performed my eye tests, Dr. Leung, and the young lady who assisted me with finding my eye glasses) was outstanding. I am so happy I was able to get in at this location. I will definitely be back!

Dr. Chen is the best doctor I’ve every met. I wish all my providers could be like him. He’s so personable and professional. I look forward to every visit and trust that he’ll take care of me. The whole staff is super friendly and helpful as well.

Great staff - top to bottom - focus on CS . Staff did not have to fix my glasses since I did not purchase the frame, only lenses. Yet, they fixed it for me as I needed it. They provided great service past 3 years for my family. 0 reason to go elsewhere.

What is there to say about TJ and Ashley, that hasn't already been said? My experience with them at Costco Optical was beyond great. They were both very courteous and friendly. I felt as though there was no problem that they could not fix. Stop going other places for your prescription eyewear; use Costco. The customer service is unmatched. Sincerely, TJ and Ash, thank you.

We love this clinic! My husband was told he needed cataract surgery. The receptionist, Susan, works so hard to get you signed in, and is so kind and caring. We had a problem with our insurance approval and she worked so hard to help us. The scheduler,Jessica, was wonderful as well. Dr. Jennifer Melton could not be better! She is so personable, caring, and knowledgeable! We are so thankful to have found this amazing clinic!

The staff is friendly and efficient. The facility is handicap accessible. Restrooms are available for patients. The doctor assistant was very thorough and completed all tests in a timely manner. I always feel that Dr. K is thorough in his testing, and he explains tests and results well. He provided me with a couple of samples of dry eye solutions. This gave me the opportunity to try the medication before I purchased anything. I will continue to use Mann Eye Clinic.

This is a true eye health center. I go there for my annual eye exam, by which a complete medical evaluation of my eyes. Competent and thorough checkup. They keep good records of past exams for comparison. I always get my new eye correction prescription printed along with the one from the previous year. I do not get my glasses from there so I can't comment on that service except to say that I feel no pressure or get a different treatment because of it. A very professional place, and I am grateful for it!

For the last 20 years I have been going yearly to random optometrist for my contact lenses prescription. I can honestly say with Dr. Gallia it was a truly different experience. It was the best doctors office visit I have had with any kind of dr or dentist, and I definitely will only be going to her in the future. As a business owner myself I felt inspired to do better myself in my own work. I don’t want to leave out her staff; everyone was truly friendly and pleasant. It’s rare for the entire staff to be on the same page as far as customer service. Deserves 10 stars out of 5!!

Excellent!! My husband and I have been with dr Martha for years. She is very ethic and very profesional and human. She is one of the best doctors I have ever met.

On July 1st my appointment with Dr. Gallia went very well. I placed an order for my contacts. Three weeks have gone by and no contacts! Called the office four times in two days....no one returned my call nor inquiry about my contacts. I have been a patient of Dr Gallia for more than 20 years. Since the change to Mann Eye, the customer service is appalling! I will continue to call the office to get an answer about my contacts. However I'm giving serious thought that this may be my last appointment with the doctor I have much admiration and respect. I give Dr Gallia 5 stars....Mann Eye .....well the jury is still out!
