My son was prescribed eye glasses during the pandemic. He told me(his mother) he had headaches and from the glasses PREVIOUSLY prescribed by another provider. I called the front desk attendant said that’s normal give him a few days or so and he will get use to them. It continued, I called made an appointment but we had to cancel due to a death in family. Long story short we called Atasa Eye Care Center,Dr.Bui’s office and he discovered the newly prescribed glasses were in fact wrong by a great deal. So glad my son refused to wear them, he is trying new contacts and LOVES HOW attentive and through Dr. Bui!! He gives full post op care instructions, encouraged my son to call the office himself if parents are busy or forget.😬 Just so grateful to have him. We also love our previous provider and understand that LOTs of staffing, turnover and changes happened that create over sights but in this case no sight,UNTIL awe came to Atasca Eye Care!! He is now happy and headache free🥳Parents listen to your kiddos. I typically do a great job but I have been recovering and a bit out of the normal.

Just got my contact lenses today and I was unable to take them out I needed an eye plunger because of my Rare eye condition ,and type of contact lens prescribed to me .This eye professional was the only one who had and Eye plunger on hand and open until 8 The staff went over and beyond to help me despite me getting there five minutes until closing and I really really appreciate it thank you again if you’re looking for a caring staff this is your place they are the very best

I purchased new glasses from americas best and could never read after 2 weeks of wearing them and the manager there kept insisting my prescription was off, took my prescription to visionworks using the same prescription and I could read with my new glasses. Dr. Flanders and he’s staff did a very good job in making sure I had the correct prescription on my visit. I would recommend this place for anyone needing eye prescription.

This afternoon I was having difficulty with my contact lens and was near my optometrist so I decided to stop by and see if she could help unfortunately the clerk refused to ask if the optometrist could give me a replacement or trial lens so I could drive home safely. I understand the policy but this was an instant when you could help one of your patients and make a forever customer instead of sending a patient away disappointed and left to drive home with one lens.

Dr. Von is the best Optometrist I have ever been to. She cares and takes the time needed to get things just right. Thanks so much for being great Dr. V.

Today, we had an emergency. The girls where able to fit my son in for an exam to replace his broken glasses. Everyone here is always very helpful and personable including doctors. I also had the pleasure of meeting Sharon and she definitely made this whole visit very pleasant and helpful. I love this location and would recommend it to everyone.

My visit to this TSO location was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by the friendly front desk staff. Everyone I encountered (front desk staff, the woman who performed my eye tests, Dr. Leung, and the young lady who assisted me with finding my eye glasses) was outstanding. I am so happy I was able to get in at this location. I will definitely be back!

Dr. Chen is the best doctor I’ve every met. I wish all my providers could be like him. He’s so personable and professional. I look forward to every visit and trust that he’ll take care of me. The whole staff is super friendly and helpful as well.

Great staff - top to bottom - focus on CS . Staff did not have to fix my glasses since I did not purchase the frame, only lenses. Yet, they fixed it for me as I needed it. They provided great service past 3 years for my family. 0 reason to go elsewhere.

What is there to say about TJ and Ashley, that hasn't already been said? My experience with them at Costco Optical was beyond great. They were both very courteous and friendly. I felt as though there was no problem that they could not fix. Stop going other places for your prescription eyewear; use Costco. The customer service is unmatched. Sincerely, TJ and Ash, thank you.
