I came for an appointment and he was an hour late strolled in with a smile on his face with 4 patients waiting for him. He screamed at his employee infront of all of us. When I finally got in the office and we’re talking about stuff and I share some personal information with him and he goes an repeats our convos to his whole staff! The disrespect Dr.Prescod displays not only to his clients that wait for him to show up for our appointments but to his hardworking staff is sickening . He needs to be investigated!

Husband ended up getting something in his eye and it was embedded for sometime. He went to urgent care because he was losing his site and they told us to find an Optometrist. Soon as I called, they took him right in and removed the bit of metal. Very kind and very on the ball with everything.

7 times there. Dr prescod is superb. But they r rich. Jaguars, bmw, porche expeditons, parking in the clisest patient allocated spots. Horrible mindset. Employees too. Meanwhile i watched several times ill or injured seniors and others walk oner 500feet to get to stairs to enter bldg. Ashamed.

I'm being kind giving one star - they say the office accepts Medicare yet would not grant my 69 yo cousin an appointment (actually the very kind secretary gave me an appointment, I filled out their patient form ) and then the doctor said NO!! With literally no explanation. WTH??? I'm glad he wouldn't see her since I can see what a jerk he must be- guess he cut the class on patient care and compassion!! I urge you not to go to this office !

I got mu first pair of glasses nu Benjamin kibanoff and he's a very good DOCTOR he even helped me with another problem

Very cool doctor. He is down to earth, and has a good sense of humor. He made us feel at ease, and answered any questions we had. Was actually a pleasant appointment!

I only been here once which was my first time at the eye doctor and it went great.. but a year later when I received a bill and needed assistance with figuring out what was going on that's when I started to receive nothing but attitudes from the billing department and all I was trying to do was rectify the issue. They were not helpful at ALL, so I will be finding a new eye doctor because of the billing department

$50 fee charged for a canceled appointment I agreed last week to go in but unfortunately I missed it and called few hours later to reschedule because I badly needed new glasses. After more than 10 years using family eye care even I tried to argue it still a big No won't unlock my account to book me another appointment unless I pay the $50.00 with the worse of customer service attitude on the phone putting me so long on hold... I end up paying and booked another appointment which will be in about 2 months later but I won't be buying no more my glasses from them.

The lady with the purple hair is extremely rude. Poor customer service at this "doctors" office. I was told to take out my contacts in another room when I can't see. I told the lady I would take them out in doctors office. When I went in the doctor yelled at me for not taking out my lenses. This man is unhinged. I heard he had personal family problems but that is no excuse to be rude to your patients. He needs his license revoked. I explained I usually take them out in the office. I needed to see to walk. Very unprofessional. Avoid this place

The doctors are great I've been going there since I was a child. But they really need to look into who they hire to take care of their front end! The receptionists are rude and never call to confirm appts or let you know when the glasses are ready to be picked up. Need new staff to cont to be the great office they once were. ( This office also demanded my 6yr Olds SS # or else they refused to see her!!!! That was mind-blowing to me, but my child really needs glasses so I gave it to them, I wonder what they need it for? I mean they have her insurance which is all they really need!)
