Change of pace ,I deleted my prior review for the fact that any business can have a rough day. The office workers kept in contact with me do to short staffed reschedule. I met a young lady there she was kind and found me frames . She was a bit rushed possibly short staffed I could not say for sure. A couple comments were made that I did not care for. I might go up. Your try to give it another shot

Had a great experience today With my eye exam and glasses purchase. My wife, my kids, and myself all go there and always have a good experience. Very helpful, prompt, and friendly. I also get way more information about my eye health than other places I’ve gone. They also have a really good selection of frames.

My experience was honestly the best I’ve ever had! I’ve been wearing contacts and glasses for almost 30 years so it is significant for me to have had that kind of experience. I’ve had really good experiences, but this exceeded all of them. Dr. Hudson, was exceptional in every way- welcoming, friendly, patient, personable, professional, knowledgeable, intentional, and authentic. Couldn’t ask for better. The equipment used in the exam from beginning to end was superior to any I’ve experienced before. Even the staff at the desk (I interacted with 2 different people on different days) also provided supreme customer service. Thank you! My eyes are so happy, it makes such a huge difference in my life!

Doctor was wonderful. She explained each test, the results of tests, the comparison from my previous prescription to the new, and fully answered all my questions and concerns. Very, very good.

Dr. Ashley was great. She was down to earth and easy to work with. She was very accommodating and understanding of me having my daughter at the appointment.

Everyone in the office were professional, friendly and patient. I was seen at the time of my appointment. I didn't have to wait. The first desk receptionist was wonderful and greeted you the minute you walked up to the window. The doctor explained everything in a way I could easily understand him. Overall it was a great experience.

Great place. The Dr.’s assistance/nurse (I’m not sure that’s their title -officially) sorry for the generalization. I go to Dr. Frank and he is super! Patience in almost every way, talked with me about my eyes anatomy and health as I needed to get another lasik round done. Didn’t rush me out the door. His team helped complete all the paperwork my lasik center needed to confirm my eye health and such. The are short stafffed at times however, they always are looking to do their job at a high level. I happy to have gone here and continue to. Thx to everyone there!

Do NOT be fooled by the good reviews, most of which give the same fake praise and were posted from accounts that have few if any other reviews, which suggests that all of the positive reviews are completely phony (possibly posted by the owners?). I was here last year. This office is exactly what you would find in any third world country. It has ancient, worn out, outdated, sparse equipment. The entire staff has a thick, foreign accent and barely speaks English. The therapies themselves seem primitive. Unlike other ophthalmology offices that I have visited, this one allows non-doctors to perform sensitive procedures on your eyes. You should not let anyone poke at your eyes unless he or she is an actual medical doctor certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. There are several better choices in the area. You have been warned.

The Staff here were so nice! The Doctor and the Assistant did not rush my Daughter when she was struggling reading the lines. Instead they told her how good she was doing. It was nice to know they weren’t annoyed with her and were on her terms. Even the Receptionist was very kind and helpful! Highly recommend!!
