I was referred to this facility from a friend who raved about their kindness and practicality. I was immediately greeted and assisted. Everyone I talked with was kind and helpful. Dr. Andy K was thorough and gentle in his voice and testing processes. A good gem in the neighborhood for eye health!

Dr Beth and her team are great!!! Great location, and even better quality of eye care. Convenient appointment availability and great selection of glasses. Definitely my eye care specialist going forward.

These ladies ARE THE BEST!! They are GREAT! They are AWESOME! I could go on but I don't think I have enough space. My son has been going here for about 3 years, maybe longer and they always make you feel welcome. They work with you and your needs and I wish more businesses would follow there quality of professionalism.

I had eye surgery , Dr. Barns did the surgery, after years of research afterwards I found out he put the wrong lens in my eye, I did go back on a follow up and seen Dr. Footy, I asked him about the dilation in my eye he said it’s normal the other eye is just small , They think they are funny, I actually saw Dr Barns put a stethoscope on a lady’s forehead and thought it was funny he thinks he’s a clown, I am going to get my eye fixed and my attorney will do everything he can to close this practice. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I recently had my first eye exam from Mayberry Vision and it was a wonderful experience. Clean and modern facility. Outstanding staff. During check-in, I met Patient Coordinator Lesly and then I was initially seen by Optometric Technician Grace who administered the multi-part exam. Afterwards, Dr. Amber Belaustegui, OD met with me and went over every part of that exam, in detail. Everyone was very pleasant, enthusiastic, thorough and professional. Absolutely top shelf. The staff and doctor were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were also very accommodating to the fact that we were not using insurance, so did their best to help us find AARP and store 'coupons' that would help keep the costs down.

Every visit to the optical department has been disappointing due to the same issue — the woman in charge is consistently rude and dismissive. She is not approachable and seems unwilling to answer questions or provide basic customer service. On top of that, there is poor communication regarding orders. I’ve never received a call when glasses are ready, which adds unnecessary inconvenience. Customer service matters, especially in a setting where people rely on guidance and clarity. This experience needs improvement.

Dr. Assad gave the most comprehensive and thorough eye examination I have ever had. She discussed her evaluation and recommendations in a very professional and compassionate manner. She answered every single question with patience and in language I could understand. I highly recommend Dr. Assaad.
