I first spoke with them August of 2025 to schedule my daughter for her referral from her doctor to have her eyes checked...they put her down for March of 2026 for the "earliest" they had. Then canceled it halfway through February, no apology or anything. Thankfully I had called The Eye Center (Lenscrafters) and was able to have her in within a week. That long of a wait, and the reviews similar to my experience make me wonder how a business like this gets any new patients in at all.

Amazing vision Doctor

This doctors office deserves the 5 stars. With each visit, I’m greeted by the front desk Nar, with kindness and respect. Then to the back, the medical assistant Anna, she is the sweetest and nicest medical professional I’ve encountered; she made me less nervous from when I walked in the first time. These two ladies make my ophthalmology appts very pleasant. Now to Dr. Gutmark, what an absolute amazing doctor he is. I was very vulnerable when I first came in. He explains everything to detail and answers every question without feeling rushed. He is a busy doctor and yes sometimes I wait but what specialist office doesn’t have a wait time, which I don’t mind, I’m just over all grateful to have him as my ophthalmologist. He has excellent bedside manners and very knowledgeable in his expertise. Thank you Dr. Gutmark, Anna , Nar + Team, You made a very nervous patient feel at ease with your professionalism and care. I’ll be recommencing you to my friends and family!

Excellent. I have difficult eyes to fit contacts for and he got it right the first time. Very knowledgeable and personable. He takes care of his customers in any way he can.

Love this place! Great quality care! We very much appreciate them seeing most of our 8 kiddos! I know that is a lot! 😅 I do wish I could give this like 4.5 stars but the only reason is because it is a big inconvenience that we cannot schedule all of our kids at the same appointment so we have to make a second trip just to get all of our kids seen. I have to have my husband schedule a few hours off work for two days instead of one so that even effects our income to some degree. I will say we do have a lot of kids (8 but only 6 are seen right now because one had a lazy eye and has appointments with an opthalmologist every 3-4 months right now after having eye surgery. And the other is still too young still) so I get that but it doesn't make sense to me that other families can schedule that day but I can't fill those slots with any more of my kids. Maybe there is something I don't understand so I give them the benefit of the doubt! My husband mentioned that maybe it was because they were afraid of cancelations and that if our family was taking up those slots it would be a big time slot that wouldn't get filled? So I can certainly understand that! Other than that, absolutely wonderful service and super kind doctors and assistants! We still recommend them even with this inconvenience and will be scheduling for next year as well! 🥳 Also love that you can pick the glasses on the spot! Super convenient in that area!

The customer service was great felt comfortable talking to the owner of the store. Also a nice variety of frames to select from.
