My wife and I go here for our exams and corrective eyewear solutions. My wife got a great pair of glasses here recently. I got my contact supply and am very happy with them. Also, the optometrist is very flexible to the brand of contact you would like to try and wear. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My son is going to get new pair of glasses here soon.

They are absolutely knowledgable and the Dr's are fantastic. The staff is super friendly and Angela in the lab is wonderful. My family couldn't be happier.

My entire experience with Dr Chen was absolutely amazing. She was attentive to my concerns, she explained the process of the eye exam and answered my concerns with my vision. She was very professional and helpful. I’m happy to say that I’ve found my optometrist from this point forward.

Dr. Miller and his staff are so cool and down to earth. They are always so nice and welcoming. Dr. Killer always makes my experience informative and comfortable. I travel all the way from Western branch just to come to the Eye Care Center. Thank you for caring for me and my family.

After suffering with unknown eye issues for months I finally found relief with Dr. Gandhi. I had been passed around to numerous Ophthalmologists, Allergists and Oculoplastic Surgeons. But Dr. Gandhi took as much time as I needed to come up with the proper treatment plan. He was the first provider to let me speak and explain my history with an open mind. He is a great listener and a thorough provider. I never felt rushed and left the appointment with clear answers. Dr. Gandhi also reached out to me outside of his own office hours to check in. I cannot recommend Dr. Gandhi and his staff enough.

My family has been using the services of Dr. Bob Day, Jr. for over 20 years and we have been extremely pleased with his optical care and expertise. He is thorough and personable, and he takes all the time that you need to explain your condition, the options that you have available, both from his services or if he needs to refer you to another doctor, and his office staff is also very friendly and eager to make your experience a plesant one. I would recommend Dr. Day to all of my friends, family, and co-workers.

I can only say one thing goodabout this office..the doctor and the techs are professional and efficient. The office protocols are the WORST! 1. They charged a copay and they knew they shouldn't have..only after I got the insurance on the phone. 2. My appt was at 1:45 ..I finally Madeira out of there at 4:20. They keep it sub zero temperature . Im looking for another office with good doctor and better customer service

Is giving no star an option? Because one star really is too gracious to give them. First of all, they only accept private insurance as they repeatedly (at least 5 times) asked me when I gave them my insurance information. The clerks are incompetent and cannot read the insurance policies efficiently. They had to talk to each other for quite some time to figure them out. Also, they are inattentive and unhelpful in picking out the frames. They also were unprepared when I went to pick up the glasses. They also had the wrong name down when I provided an insurance card with my name printed There are plenty of places to go nearby. Please save your time and money by avoiding this place.

The staff at the Institute for Total Eye Care are all so lovely. Everybody is so sweet. They make me so comfortable during my visits.

The exam was very detailed and in-depth analysis was reassuring of the condition. It was very hard to speak with and talk to the Dr. because the assistant was constantly talking over him. There were a few questions that I would have liked to ask the Dr. about the procedure but could not get a word in while the assistant was constantly interrupting. Since I could not get any answers, I cancelled the procedure altogether and will not go back.
