I’ve been a patient at the Eye Center and Optical Department for over 30 years, and the care has always been excellent. A special shout-out to Dr. Stephanie Davis, as she is incredibly thorough, takes her time during exams, and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. Dr. Davis recently guided me through the need for surgical eye treatment and has been outstanding with follow-up care. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. Her staff and the entire Optical Department are just as friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

This was the most professional and accommodating medical experience I have ever had. I live in Steamboat Springs, 3 1/2 hours from their office, and they still make me feel like a top priority client. If you are on the fence about trying to get Lasik -just do it. it has changed my life. It is so painless and easy. I can’t believe I didn’t do it years ago. One week after surgery I was able to take a river trip and not have to wear contacts or glasses for the first time since I was five years old. What is there to say about TJ and Ashley, that hasn't already been said? My experience with them at Costco Optical was beyond great. They were both very courteous and friendly. Awesome Experience! Nice friendly staff, and now I can see again. I felt that the Dr. listened to what I was saying when explaining my difficulties with long, and short range vision. He explained what I thought was an unconventional method for correcting both problems. We tried it and it worked. I also feel that it needs to be said again, Great Friendly Staff!! Thanks!

Had my eye lens cleaned with Lazer. Done very well. Great staff. They also did my cataract removal a few years ago.

I would seriously recommend you find a different opthamologist. I used to see Dean Hirabayashi, and he was great. This place is now terrible. I went in for a routine exam, and saw the new replacement (who has since left) and was hurried in and out, very impersonal and rushed. Then I was just in Europe, and started experiencing some very disturbing cloudiness in my vision. I called, very concerned, to talk to someone. No one was in, and the receptionist was clueless about who to call in an emergency. After a lot of discussion, she arranged a tele consult with one of their optometrists (not opthamologist) This person listened and said she didn't think there was anything to worry about but to get an exam as soon as I returned to the States. I returned, and have been diagonsed (by better people) with Arterior Ischemic Optic Neuropathy, a very serious condition affecting the optic nerve. The service was horrible, and the advice even worse.

I have been going to this office for a few years now. People leaving bad reviews must just really suck. From the moment you walk in the door you are greeted with a smile. Everyone is friendly and informative. Dr. Chan is so sweet. My highlight is the guys who help you pick frames. They are so good at it! I wish I remembered the names. They are so patient and just understand face shape and frames. I chose a pair that I would have never tried and they look great. Thank you 20/20!!
