Incredible place. The eye doctor is thorough and knowledgeable, caught stuff even my previous eye doctors missed. You never feel rushed or unwelcome, and everyone from the man who sizes glasses to the women at the front desk are warm and welcoming.

made us pay $2000 for a covid test, not sure how I'm supposed to afford this now.

Always a very good experience here. I have been going here since 2nd grade, I'm in my early 60's now. Rudy took great care of my family of 10, now Dennis and his son. (The Lacek's). And Penny is thee BEST! Super kind and very helpful‼️ I "highly recommended" their care. 100%. They can't be beat!!! Thank you Dennis for all you've done over the years for my family. We all really appreciate your honesty, and care.

I loved this place! Great service, you feel like you've known them for years even though its your first time. I like going to small business such as this one. It's nice to give to a business that has been in the community as long as they have. I wish my insurance felt the same way lol. They only allow me to go to those big corporate chains. I'm very happy with the glasses also. Everyday someone compliments my 👓 or asks me where I got them.

If you value your vision and want to have your concerns addressed, do not see this provider. My husband saw him for the first and last time today. Very dismissive and seems as if it’s a bother to see you. Never even looked at his eyes. The office staff did all of the work. They were very caring and professional. This provider, however, was not. Don’t waste your time with him, as he makes you feel as if he’s wasting his time with you. Metrohealth can do so much better. We love all of the doctors we see there, except this one.

MetroHealth is EXCELLENT! I have already recommended Dr. Seidel to a relative. She said she would call and make an appointment with him. We both live on the east side and I told her it was worth the trip! Dr. Seidel knew everything about the history with my vision. He understood my dilemma with my cataract and he didn’t try to dismiss it as nothing. I enjoyed my visit. And the facility, how impressive!
