Dr. Ossen and his staff are truly an outstanding office. I have been a patient of his for many years, and have always felt that he is a very thorough and patient doctor, and the services for glasses selection, fitting and post sale support are exceptional.

The customer service was good, and the optometrist was really nice. Unfortunately it’s been 3 weeks now, and I have yet to receive my frames. I was told it would take 2. So don’t go here if you need something right away. The two for 79.99 only applies to a very small selection of frames they had in stock, and with plastic lenses. I ended up getting some frames that were 2 for 129.99 If you have astigmatism, and myopia like me, you know it’s almost always standard to get poly carbonate glass, which was another 140 upgrade. I only upgraded one of my frames which was 90$ If you want to add A/R, or anything else it’s another hefty add on. In total I paid about $240 for two frames, one of them plastic, the other poly.

This place is really clean and Dr Pardazi takes her time to check my eyes and understand what I am saying. The staff is nice and I don’t wait too long to be called. Pretty fast!

The best! I’ve been to every designer optical place in KC. Ruby and her green haired co-worker were amazing. Friendly, welcoming and most of all helpful. Highly recommended

Waiting room is crowded and sometimes no place to sit. Overbooked. Sometimes chairs are dirty and need vacumed. Unprofessional when Dr. repremends staff in front of patients.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at my eye doctor, all thanks to Katt! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I was nervous about trying frames outside my usual style, but Katt was so encouraging and patient. She helped me step out of my comfort zone, and I ended up finding a pair I absolutely love. I can’t recommend Katt enough—she truly made my day!

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The office staff is completely ignorant of what is happening and they are clearly overworked. At my initial visit the doctor he seemed very sterile and impersonal. I was having trouble with one of my eyes so I decided to give the office one more chance. After waiting for almost two months for my appointment, on the day I went in for my laser procedure the wrong procedure was written on the paperwork. One staff member blamed another and then I had to wait to talk to the doctor to see what was going to happen with my appointment because the receptionist had no idea what I was supposed to be there for. The office was extremely busy and I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time without seeing the doctor. I had received inconsistent information regardning my pre-op and no information regardning my post-op and in the end, I ended up leaving because I no longer felt comfortable with the idea of this doctor and his staff performing an irreversible procedure on my eye. I would rather travel back to Arizona to see my eye doctor than see this office for anything.

The best optical office ever! Dr Tran is amazing. Very caring, knowledgable and helpful. The staff is wonderful! Highly recommended A+++++++++
