I have always gotten very good care from Dr. LaTona. The office staff is friendly and polite. My only negative is it's always a 2 hour time frame for your appointment. Don't know if that is because of the heavy patient load or another reason

We really like Dr. Box. Here was fantastic with out 6 and 3 yr old girls. The staff are generally nice but not really highly responsive. There have been some minor issues with our insurance/billing that took awhile to correct. Also, like with any vision center, its been much cheaper to get our glasses online. But Dr. Box is really worth it!

I had an eye emergency on a holiday weekend and was seen by my personal eye doctor. She referred me to Dr. Samuel. He agreed to see me that day to do an exam. He left family that were in town visiting for his birthday to take care of me. He was very professional and pleasant. He made me feel very comfortable and was excellent at explaining what was wrong with my eye in terms I could understand. I also want to share my appreciation to the person from his staff that came in to help him and handle paperwork on her day off. She was equally as kind! My husband and I were very pleased and the procedure was successful! We never felt rushed or that we were inconveniencing them in any way. Thank you! Brandy Titzer

I am impressed with the services provided by Dr. Liem and his assistant Jenny. Dr. Liem is knowledgeable, kind, professional, and EXTREMELY generous. Jenny is very pleasant and eager to help. It is refreshing to know how NICE health care providers can be. I highly recommend this place and give both of them two thumbs up!! 👍 …

I visited Dr. Alan Johnson at South hill Spokane Eye Clinic. The in training front desk lady was pretty nice. After I checked in I have to wait another 30 minutes from my appointment scheduled time, there finally came someone to get me in. They are not on time. The doctor is good. Other customer service needs improvement.

Staff was so easy to work with and much easier to deal with than Oakley on its own. Sunglass lenses are awesome! Going back and getting new regular glasses replaced tomorrow! Thank you so much Rebecca!!
