Glasses were made wrong. I was told the prescription was right even after bringing them back and checking. Said I still couldn’t see clearly but took their word and thought it was my eyes. Finally came time for my appointment check up with my Optomologist at the cleveland clinic and found out the glasses were definitely made wrong. Now Im out over $200 for gasses I can’t see clearly out of.

@john Ophals I personally love the idea that the doors are locked. It makes perfect sense considering all the beautiful eyewear they carry. I felt it offered a personal uninterrupted experience! Their staff has always been nice and professional!

Rude staff. Doors locked for know reason like we r still in lockdown. I switched to infinity eye in twinsburg. Don’t come here

I love the transparency of Dr. Robinson. I asked him some questions and he was honest. I wish I still lived in the area, otherwise I would still be going. It felt very comfortable there and not super sterile feeling and dry. I felt like Dr. Robinson cares and I am not just a number. I definitely recommend.

When I called to request a new appointment for my daughter's broken glasses, she said you can always come, but when we went, they told us to make an appointment and also gave us the wrong glasses for my daughter, they took our two weeks of time and told us to come again, I don't recommend it at all, the doctor is a good person, but unfortunately those who work with him
