Great visit to Vision one on Redwood Shores Parkway! My 5 year old felt safe and heard. They helped with insurance questions and gave each of us their full attention and cared about our vision needs. The optometrist was fabulous and their selection of frames was really good.

First Class Experience! Dr. Caster and his team are certified miracle workers. The LASIK procedure was quick and 100% painless. Now, I enjoy waking up each day with perfect vision! It has been absolutely liberating to leave the house without worrying about contacts/cases/glasses. Thank you Dr. Caster! 100/100

💀🚫WARNING!!! DO NOT GO HERE! FIND ANOTHER EYE DR!!! Center for Sight (ALL locations!) Has THE most UNPROFESSIONAL staff and POORLY RUN clinics that I have EVER experienced in my ENTIRE life! You can't just call and make an appt or talk to someone about a general concern, or even just ask a question about normal eye doctor stuff, because you CAN NOT get a hold of them- they DON'T answer their phones OR call you back!!! You can wait on hold for 15 minutes and when it's finally your turn a machine comes on and says they're helping other clients- leave a message! That is the most RIDICULOUS customer service I have EVER encountered! And ESP the Mngrs!!! I've left MULTIPLE messages for "Sue" AND "Priscilla"- the only two Mngrs for BOTH Stockton AND Manteca locations, & the Adm Office on CA St/Stk (which is not a clinic, but just for administrative staff, who SUPPOSEDLY work there) and they do NOT call you back!!!! I had a problem with my glasses and it took LOTS of time-consuming calls and FINALLY after TWO MTHS, Sue got back to me!!! And instead of fixing the problem with my glasses & expediting the eye exam, she told me I need to return the glasses and to go elsewhere like it was MY fault!!! I didn't argue because at this point I was glad to be rid of them, but HOW TERRIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Like I said, Center For Sight is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, POORLY RUN business (if you can call it that!) that I have EVER had to deal with in my entire life!!! DON'T GO THERE- BE WARNED!!!🚫💀 UPDATE (10/26/23): I got re-referred to "Central Valley Eye Medical Group", and when I tried to make the appt they said their computer froze and would have to get with IT and call me back. When I didn't receive a call back, I called THEM and "Brandy Simpson, Practice Administrator for Central Valley Eye Medical Group" answered and said they're not going to see me there! When I asked why, she said that I was mean to everybody (later in the conversation she also said "rude")! I said, "What?! How could I be mean to anybody?! I've never been there before and the first time I called was Fri (10/13/23)!" I asked her if they were affiliated with "Center for Sight", and she said, "Absolutely not! We're not affiliated in them in ANY way!" So I hung up feeling very upset and confused, so I called my Health Plan and told them the whole story and they were nice enough too try to find out if they are affiliated with "Center For Sight". So they put me on hold while they called them, and came back and said that, "Yes they are, in fact, affiliated with "Center For Sight"! I COULDN'T BELIEVE it! I couldn't believe they would LIE to me! And esp that an ADMINISTRATOR no less, would LIE to me! I was just SO shocked that a professional (so called) would actually LIE to me! Also, when I asked who her boss was, and/or who the president or CEO of the company was, she said there was nobody above her! I don't know whether to believe that or not, now that she lied to me! Center for sights manager Sue also would not tell me who her boss was when I asked her! Isn't there a law against that? Aren't they supposed to disclose that info if asked?

Dear Dr. Edmonds collegues and staff; I had my 1st Cataract Surgery MOnday October 2nd at 8:45am at t e Surgery Clinic. It was an absoutely excellent experience. The entire team was totally professional and the entire expereince was excellent and I left in about 2 1/2 hours. My left eye now has incredible vision. Every thing is crystal clear, infocus and the colors are wow!. Total fantastic experience. I can hardly wait for my 2nd cataract surgery in early November of this year. IPL therapy is a must at InVision. Dr. Bedsole treated my eyes. If you have dry eyes, this is a great treatment to help with dry eyes. Procedure is quick, easy, and done in the office. An hour after IPL felt great and can tell a difference around my eyes. Call Dr. Bedsole (...who...by the way...has won the Best Optometrist in Tuscaloosa multiple years...) to talk with her about IPL! You will be happy you did.

Dr. Frisard is a fantastic physician! I’m so happy I went to him. He explained everything so well and treated me with care. He came highly recommended from a friend! My issue was easily resolved!

February 6, February 20 I had cataract surgery first I’m gonna begin with their facility on Osborne. Very unorganized people in the back are not friendly at all.when I have my right eye done on the 20th and went to see Dr.Brems for my follow up I asked him why was The procedure on my right eye different from my left eye if they were supposed to be the same nobody told me before the surgery that it was gonna be different he got very Abrupt! his answer was maybe because I was complaining you can’t even talk when you’re in there. How was I complaining? My right eye is not right. I have like a cloud. I can’t see that well out of my right even though they say I have 20/20 vision on both eyes.. We paid extra for the upgraded length and laser they Treat you like a charity case I’m not supposed to ask questions or anything or he gets upset and he still doesn’t answer you! people have asked me how was your cataract surgery I tell them what my experience was and tell them to stay away from that place and Dr.Brems. I wish I had looked into some of the reviews instead of just going with whoever they recommend you to go.I don’t recommend him or this place do your research there’s a lot of doctors out there that perform cataract surgery.
