Great experience. Worked with Whitney Hubbard and Steve Pettit. Got awesome glasses and they worked with my insurance to get me an awesome price Whitney seemed genuine and honest. Great person to talk to while going through the process. I wasn’t planning on doing that that night but they got me in right away and set me up and had me out the door in record time. Update: Alexis, who I’ve been currently working with due to a problem with my left eye contact, has been so helpful and patient. I’m very happy with their service here. One of the worst experiences I've ever had! I've been going to eye doctors for over 20 years, but decided to try a new place closer to home, and what a mistake that was. First, I waited two hours from my scheduled appointment time to be seen! When I arrived, I was told to remove my contacts (which is standard), but I’ve always been seen within minutes after doing so. Instead, I sat in the waiting room, partially blind, for two hours before seeing the doctor. Why ask me to remove my contacts if I wouldn’t be seen right away? By the time I was called, I had a headache from straining to see. When I finally saw the doctor, he seemed upset that I hadn’t brought my glasses. I explained that I don’t use or wear them because I rely solely on contacts, but he seemed judgmental and told me I should bring them in the future for them to help me properly. During the exam, he placed drops in my eyes without explaining their purpose, only saying it was “part of the exam” and instructing me to wait another 10 minutes in the waiting room. Later, I learned these were dilation drops, which would make my vision blurry and cause light sensitivity for a few hours. No one warned me, though, and I had to drive home and work afterward, which I was unable to do safely due to the effects of the drops. After the exam, I asked for my prescription strength, but the doctor refused, stating (1) he couldn’t provide it without my glasses to compare, and (2) they don’t give out prescription details since they expect patients to buy contacts directly from them. Even when I asked for the strength just for reference, he declined and sent me upstairs to inquire about ordering lenses, only for me to find out that they don’t accept my insurance. I then had to go back downstairs to request a prescription so I could place an order elsewhere. Adding to the frustration, the staff seemed impatient with clients. They were polite enough with me, but I witnessed them speaking harshly and impatiently with elderly clients who didn’t understand their instructions. Overall, I wouldn’t return to this place and cannot recommend it.

We found Dr Ockley very knowledgeable, he explained thoroughly what was wrong with the left eye. He walked us through the healing process. We'll see him in12 months time. The $52 that the office asked for is for the glasses prescription, it is linked to an additional examination and we understand it.

I've been a patient of Dr. Jain's for years now and she is an amazing doctor. She diagnosed my astigmatism that was missed by a prior practice, and has spent time with me at each appointment to ensure my vision is exactly where it needs to be, as well as thoroughly explaining any procedures done. I wouldn't want to go elsewhere. And bonus: her office location is very convenient!

Absolutely one of the best experiences with a medical professional we’ve ever had. Our daughter was diagnosed with dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia. She struggled with every academic assignment, even with interventions. One evening, she asked if I saw two words when I looked at a word on a page. I said I didn’t, and asked if she did. She said yes. When I asked her why she hadn’t said anything about it, she said, “I thought it was normal.” Our optometrist soon sent us to Dr. Fisher. She assessed our daughter’s situation with thorough examination and presented an evaluation that made perfect sense. Her can-do demeanor and sense of fun made vision therapy a joy. The results? Our daughter is now a fluent and confident reader and math student who got into the private school she wanted to attend. We couldn’t have done it without Dr. Fisher. Highest recommendations.
