Fantastic service! The staff was awesome and able to work with my insurance without a problem, and the doctor was very knowledgeable and able to explain everything simply and easily. Everyone there was friendly, and warm.

Dr Rao is caring, always asks if I have questions, and answers all of them. He is excellent at giving eye injections. I never feel anything more that pressure and a small sting. He makes sure that I understand that if I have any even slight changes in my vision I should call immediately to let him know. And the other people I see in his office who prep me each time are excellent too.

The office and personnel are always very courteous and professional, while showing great compassion and care with the patients that they service and advise. Dr. Rao explains the diagnosis and treatment of the condition, answers questions, and helps facilitate the best possible care and outcomes.

Dr. Rao is extremely skilled and very compassionate when providing care. He takes the time to answer all our questions. Vision problems can be very frightening, Dr. Rao is very reassuring, making a somewhat stressful experience so much easier for us. Support staff is very professional, kind and friendly.

The best place to treat your eyes. The staff members always very gentle, professional, specially Dr. Goduni. She take care of my brother in the most greatest, professional and kindest way ever. I'll recommend them 1000%. Thank you Dr. Goduni you're absolutely a blessing in our lifes.

Love this team and the Westlake facility. Dr. Pendergast has been my doctor for the last ten years. While some of the procedures I have needed are not fun he makes me feel comfortable and the results have been great.

I have been going to Dr. Kovats and Madison Eye Care for over a decade now. Their service is great, they’re attentive, and now, as I’m having issues for the first time with my glasses, they’re helping me sort them out with care and patience. 10/10!

My husband has been very pleased for years with Dr. Kovats' thorough and detailed exams. Dr. Kovacs listens to what you say and explains everything as he goes along.

Went two times, and that was enough for me. The first time, the wait was very long. I didn’t think much of it because that happens in health care sometimes. I didn’t like that they didn’t have a changing table for my daughter. They see pediatric patients and don’t have a place to change them. Luckily my daughter was old enough to stand in the restroom so I changed her diaper standing up. our experience with Dr Lavery the first time wasn’t bad. She’s good with kids. The second time, today, the appointment was at 1030a. They had to reschedule our appointment twice because of their schedule, not ours. When we get there, we pay and the receptionist said it wasn’t abnormal that our appointment was cheaper this time because they rescheduled on us, as if this sort of thing happens all too often. We get checked in and wait in the lobby for a while. They take us back, and we wait for a while longer. The assistant turns on a movie for my daughter, starts it about halfway through, asks if we need anything and that the doctor would be in shortly. More time passes. My toddler is getting impatient and my baby is crying. The assistant comes back in and asks again if we need anything. I said no. She said the doctor was with another patient and we were next to be seen. Okay. We continue to wait. Finally the movie is over, it’s 11:30am and I’ve about had it. I AM NOT ONE TO LEAVE AN APPOINTMENT. But I did! I gathered our things, walked out the door to the lobby to get a refund. As I made it to the desk, the doctor rushes behind me and says “I’m ready for you. If you will come back to the room, I will see you now.” I said “no, we have waited too long, I’m ready to go.” She tells me that she has been with other patients and that she was skipping the patient before me to see us. Ummm WHAT?? I tell her no, I just want to leave. I want a refund. We had waited for an hour and we were all ready to leave. She said it was my decision and went back in the hallway. We got our refund and left. In the end, the staff is nice, the doctor is good with children but everything there is ran poorly. It’s not worth the wait. We won’t be back.
