Front desk extremely rude. Told her that I did not receive a call for my appointment and she said I’m more than welcome to call another office. Basically said I should find another place to go. Asked to speak to a manager or someone above her and she said no one was available. How is there no lead or manager available to talk?

Great optometrist.

This is my 5th year of using Vision Etc and I love them. They are friendly, competent and efficient. I've never had such fast service on getting new glasses and the staff has the patience of Job while I'm looking for new frames. I have used several other eye doctors but not one has the combined competence of Vision Etc. In addition they have lots of frames at all price levels.

Dr. Shilly was patient and informative. Even when his office was short-staffed, he did his best to provide top-quality care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gottlieb for better than 10 years. Great doctor. Always explains everything completely.

After dealing with their poorly written AI phone maze for over an hour I'm done with this office. What a joke to get a hold of anyone or to get anything done. It's never ending options and robots, then no one answers the other end of any of the options. Probably not getting routed properly.

Needed to get my eyes checked, been about 25 years so I searched for a local optometrist and in doing so I called about 5 and they were all closed on a Monday. I gave up and tackled later in the day. I dialed the number for New Insight Optometry, they answered. I made appointment, Eric assisted me on the telephone, I provided my insurance info, he checked and confirmed my insurance, I made an appointment within couple of days, did the eye examine, picked out frames for my sunglasses, and New Insight Optometry ordered them. Eric quoted me 2 weeks, my glasses arrived as promised, Eric left me a message, that my glasses arrived, I came in, got fitted, walked around with my new sunglasses and I am pleased. I am pleased with service, I am pleased with the frames and I will be back to get my reading glasses, I will be picking out a cool frame. New Insight has many frames to choose from. Great selection and color.

Dr. Adam Kaufman gave me my sight back when no one else could, Dr. Kaufman is a true professional and excellent at his profession; Dr. Kaufman is the GOAT in eye care! I only trust my vision needs to Dr. Adam Kaufman and The CEI Team. Dr. Kaufman gave me my sight and life back, I’m forever grateful to Dr. Adam Kaufman and The Cincinnati Eye Institute! Excellent care. Dr Velasquez is really taking time to examine and explain everything to her patients. My mom and siblings are all very satisfied with her.

I had never been to a retina specialist. Dr. Kapoor explained what he was going to do that day as well as what my future surgery would be. Dr Berger did my surgery 8/25, great bedside manner he and everyone else were very calming and caring. 8/26 follow-up Nicholas Sarvella PA-C with and once again explanations of what expect following week were clear. Today 9/1 one week follow-up with Dr Al-Dabbagh and as everyone else clear expectations for me til next visit in 3 weeks with Dr.Wagner. Also if you live in NC they try to accommodate you in their Elizabeth City office. I highly recommend this office.

One of the best eye exams I ever had! They were very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me. I feel that my vision is in the right hands. Dr. Semma and his Staff are wonderful. I’ve already started recommending him to my friends and family.
