Every time I bring my mother here, the wait is always at least 2 hours. Why have appointments? Just make it walk-in. This place sucks.

I have been seeing Dr Smit for 4 years now. He has been wonderful in helping me understand everything that has been going on with my eyes. Recently I had to have my eyelids lifted because I have a form of ptosis I can’t remember the exact name and he did a great job. I can see my eyeballs again. He has a great bedside manner and he smiles and is personable. And the staff and the McKinley location is just as nice as the North Canton location. I switched because Canton is closer. Thank you for all that you do when I come in to the office

Office staff very nice, friendly and professional. I saw Dr Smit, I connected with him immediately. Have to say I've never had such a thorough exam in my experiences. I'm 62 and have bilateral cataracts Dr Smit put my mind at ease and answered all my questions. Highly recommend this practice. I'll never go anywhere else.

Best experience I have ever had. I felt like I was a part of the staff there. Everyone was so very nice and made me feel so comfortable. I was able to talk about my different conditions and they was very concerned and understanding.

After mainly shopping online from Warby, I decided to stop into the Crocker Park location to pick out new glasses for my wedding. Best decision I have made! Natalie was super knowledgeable and excited to help. My husband even left with new blue-light glasses after trying a few on. We truly felt taken care of, and will definitely be back to this location in the future.

After 1 year the coating on my progressive lenses starting wearing off. They replaced the glasses free within the year period. I told them i cleaned according to online guidelines. It happened again. I was told when you buy your new pair if you don't need a replacement in a year order a new pair in case.

The ladies who assisted me were fun, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. I didn't wait around and they worked well as a team. They gave me options and more information than I expected. I will definitely go back here. I hope the glasses come and work out as well as the visit! :-) It was nice to get a great deal and not have to do it on line. I prefer to see the glasses in person before I purchase them. Great experience!

Dr. Goduni is nothing short of an amazing doctor. Very professional, empathetic and kind. She thoroughly explained everything. Her treatments prevented me from needing a full eye surgery which i am very grateful for. Don't go to her only if you don't care about your vision!

The doctor is amazing. My surgery went very smoothly, and she had a great bedside manner. I would highly recommend her. She is kind, compassionate, and very skillful.

Everyone is very helpful and explain what they are doing. The waiting time is short. Everyone has been very helpful and pleasant.
