The optical Team was really helpful and professional. The doctor took care of my needs as soon as I walked in for my check up. Her helper wasn’t available so she right away took over an check me in. Great team !

I had a delightful experience having my eye and sunglasses prescriptions refilled. The price was the best in the area with no extra cost for tinting or tricky fees or nonsense. . Brother Emile patiently helped me with the order and made polite suggestions with great attention to details. He is a very funny person too and easy to work with. The order was perfect and delivered in 24 hours and I couldn’t be happier.

This is the world's worst pharmacy. Every time I've gone there to pick up my prescription, there has always been a problem. I've been taking the same birth control for almost FIVE years and this pharmacy still couldn't get it right. Every time I went in for my prescription, they never had it ready and I was always forced to wait a ridiculous amount of time for something so simple. On top of all of that, my mother used to use this pharmacy. She was a cancer patient and they refused to give her her medicine and made her wait a ridiculous amount of time WHILE SHE WAS TAKING OXYGEN! She almost ran out of oxygen and died because she had to wait at this pharmacy all day to get her medicine. If you go to this pharmacy, I suggest switching to CVS pharmacy. I did and its so much better. They gave me my medicine with no problem and no fees. I would give this pharmacy 0 stars, but it won't let me.

After my local eye care Doctor recommended that I take my 2-year-old son to this specialist, there was a pretty long wait time to get an appointment scheduled. I'm trying to avoid using names, but a female Doctor who looked at my son gave us the impression that he is VERY Far-Sighted and needed a strong positive prescription. I bought the frames & lens for a +8.00 for a 2-year-old. As any 2 year old acts when he gets anything new, he was very excited and tried walking around the house, kept bumping into objects, and would take the glasses off immediately. At our return appointment, the same Doctor SCOLDED me for not forcing him to wear the glasses continuously so he could "get used" to them. After putting the glasses on and giving my son a smart shape game on the phone, I proceeded to show her that he would have to look at things even closer just to see them. She then took the glasses to have them "tested" and return to tell me "I'm very sorry, these are the completely wrong prescription. Your son needs a -8.00 prescription lens because he is very Near-Sighted." Something wasn't adding up, because, on the 1st appointment, he was Far-Sighted, now he's Near-Sighted? It's been 2 weeks since that appointment, we have still yet to receive his new lens' (they tell all customers the usual is 1 week, which is how long it took for the 1st pair), so this can't seem like a very important matter to them because if it was, I'm sure we could have gotten them within the following 2 business days. All this after being told that I'm not doing my job as a parent for not forcing my 2 year old to wear glasses, which probably gives him migraines and is hindering his learning. If your pediatrician recommends seeing a specialist, go somewhere else.

Larry is a local wonder - pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and loves his work. Save yourself from all the corporate bureaucracy and let him take care of your vision needs. I’ve lived in the area for 15 years and his is the only store of any kind I go to to just CHAT. I cannot recommend this store enough.

I purchased Ralph Lauren Glasses from Lens Crafters at Eastdale Mall in Montgomery, AL & I've NEVER had WORSE SEEViCE!! To start with they treat U like they could careless if your there or not!! I told them my 81 year old mom was in the car could someone please help me!? There was A man on the phone I ask if he'd help me when he got off the phone but he didnt I had to go & find him & ask again for help (I don't know why I didn't leave) I picked two pair out but didn't buy them because I couldn't decide & they were definitely NO HELP!! I call the next day to see what time they close so I could arrange someone to sit with my mom they told me 8:00. I told them I was on the way to order & pay for the glasses I had picked out. I got there at 7:40 the bars were down like they were closed I ask the employee threw the bars if he could please let me in so I could pay for my glasses he told me NO "He had to go pick his 1 year old up" I said its not 8 yet he said very RUDELY MAM I TOLD U I GOT TO GO GET MY KID!! They could of saved me A hour drive & sitter fees for my mom had they told me when I called that they would NOT Be there to 8:00 like they were suppose to be!! So I went back 2 days later (like A idiot) because SERVICE AGAIN WAS HORRIBLE!! I Also wanted Perscription Sunglasses & ask if they had any deal on those they said No all they had was 40 off lens. I go pick my glasses up they were loose I ask them to tighten them he got them "Acted like he tighten them" Just with his hands!! Then I go to Mobile AL to see my daughter my glasses were so loose they were fallen off my face so Thankfully the Lens Crafters there said they could tighten them for me & they did & their Customer Service Was AMAZING!! I ask the manager if they had any deals on 2nd pair of glasses or sunglasses he said when you bought yours they should of offered you 40% off lens & 40% off the frames THEY DID NOT!! So Im just wandering if yall tolerade this kind of service? I hadn't had my glasses 30 days yet & thinking I may take them back & buy somewhere else because the treatment & charges were UNACCEPTABLE!!

my first impression was very disgusting. From the moment you enter, you feel a nauseating smell of urine in the lobby was so uberable that i have to be forced to leave and wait for my mom outside seating on my car and everything looks filthy. I can't even imagine what the service will be like here. Hygiene and a good environment and medical care leave a lot to be said for a medical center. but this place clearly says a lot about how little other things would matter when it comes to disinfecting the items used to care for patients or how negligent their staff can be It should be visited by the health department so that they conducted a hygiene evaluation of this place. Definitely, I would never return to this barn of pigs, I don't think even they would smell that rancid!

Came in with concerns of fuzzy vision and wanted a detailed examination. Greeted warmly when I first walked in. When called to the back, Ms Samantha was very friendly and explained everything that was happening and going g to happen. 1st time here, so it took a bit longer than expected, but maybe because of being a new patient. Once I saw the Dr, I did not feel rushed out the door, which was nice too.

Dr Gonzalez was very professional and knowledgable and described in great detail to me and my family members on what eye issues I have and how they can be fixed/corrected . Very happy with the service and the ability to schedule my next appointment very quickly then having to wait weeks out. If your looking for a good optometrist Dr Gonzales is the one to choose. Extra side note the staff is very friendly at this location.
