They have no consideration for their patients. I arrived a little late due to toddler tantrums. It was very early in the morning and DEAD. One patient there. They turned me down, told me I would have to set up another appointment. NO THANK YOU I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!!! So I walk out and turn around to see the ladies at the front desk gossiping about me! They have no idea that I had a horrible start to my day and seriously wouldn't take my daughter. They allow 15 minutes late. I was 20 is that a big deal? When I go there and am on time... I end up waiting 20 minutes to be seen anyways. I will never set foot in there again.

I went there to order a pair of glasses. I like Oakley frames. I picked out frame and fitted for them. They said 2 weeks. I went back 2 weeks later and was helped by an older lady who was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a problem with one lens. She measured prescription in old glasses and new glasses. She spent a good 40 minutes with me. There were other customers waiting. She did not let me go till I was 100% satisfied.. I will always go back there. I love my glasses too.

I had a great experience with America’s Best! I walked in to see if your optical place is connected to my Health Insurance & to see what is covered. I started looking at frames & the man that was helping me looked & could get me an eye appt right away. I picked out frames & was helped by Gail who explained everything & set me up with my order. I walked out very satisfied & happy with my outcome. Great place!

My mother and I both go to this location and prefer it over any other eye place. Gail was extremely helpful today as are all the workers. This place is always clean and efficient in seeing their patients. It’s usually a busy location but they get everyone in and out pretty quickly. Will definitely be returning.

Can't say enough good things about this place. I had an emergency with my cat. They got me in right away. The staff and Doctors are very nice and explain everything in detail. My cat ended up needing surgery. The staff go above and beyond. They call you the next day to see how your pet is doing. They even sent my cat a get well card and a handmade mouse with catnip in it. I've never experienced this compassion or kindness at any other vet's office and I've been to half dozen in 40 years. I'll happily drive the hour and a half it takes to get to this facility any time my cat needs eye care.

I brought my sweet baby angel in for a cherry eye surgery and was blown away at how nice and helpful everyone is. Dr. Mineo is super nice, explains everything thoroughly and answers every question without rushing you. I called a few times after the surgery with questions and spoke with Alex often, SO HELPFUL and SO SWEET!!! You can tell they truly care. I can’t recommend them enough.

Dr. Mineo and all the staff is outstanding! They truly go above and beyond, with your pet's well-being the goal. They are so kind to my deaf dog, and extremely helpful when you have a question. Recommend, 100%!

Will not buy glasses from here again. I bought the glare resistant and scratch resistant lens. Last than a year they were scratched. And the glare resistance never worked. I tried to get them replaced and they wanted 100 bucks to fix what was suppose not happen to my frames . I’m out 300 dollars. So disappointed cause I go to bjs a lot. And never had an issue. Terrible experience

During the entire process, staff made me feel like I was wasting their time. Very unhelpful, and didnt really answer my questions. When my glasses were done, no one called me or told me. When I called, no one picked up. Finally I stopped in and was given my glasses, after waiting for 5 minutes, it wasnt even the lady at the front desk who greeted me, it was one of the doctors, who then handed me off to the lady at the front desk. come to find out, they had my glasses for weeks and never called me. The lady was very standoffish, and said nothing to me the entire time. My brand new pair of glasses were bent out of shape, and the nose braces were both bent all the way inwards. I commented on it, and the front desk girl with the shaved hair just stared at me before saying "If theres nothing else, youre done with me." The whole process sucked, front to back. Ill pick another place.
