I have glaucoma that requires medication daily.
For 3 years I have not been able to get a timely refill when my prescription runs out despite phone calls from my self and my pharmacy. The gap has been anywhere from a week to 10 days this episode...
They blame this on Rite Aid, however I have no problem with medications from other physicians! I walk in today to chase down my medication and am met with the yearly shoulder shrug, excuses and 0 compassion. In fact, they apologize to the other customers (because I’m some sort of inconvenience to them and not their patient?)
Where is my apology ? I’m youR patient you are not serving!

Life-changing vision therapy experience. Dr. O’Connor, Kathy, and everyone here are lovely people who do excellent work. By helping to improve my vision, they changed so many facets of my life. Cannot recommend highly enough.

As I am one of their “students”, don’t chuckle Dr. O’, because I am 70 years old! I feel that I have finally found a “pot of gold!” I had been searching for help for my binocular diplopia (double vision), for 3 years. Not one specialist had been able to help me or prescribe me a prescription to amend my double vision. I found the office of Dr. O’Conner all on my own. The whole entire staff is so extremely loving and caring! I couldn’t have asked for more wonderful people. As for my vision therapy, it is a 3 hour trip every week and I’ve not regretted one minute of the time spent. It is definitely worth a try! God bless you all!!

The time and financial investment even as a solo parent has been well worth it. To give my child this life changing gift is something that I’m proud of. You can see the change in her trajectory. Thank you!

Millbrook Family Eyecare is conveintly located. That said, it is not worth it. Eye exam went well or so I thought. Woman who assists with the glasses was horrible. Attitude, not helpful and pressured me into making a decision. Long story short, 3 months after my exam, I finally have a pair of glasses that work. The first frame was a disaster. I got it adjusted 5+ times before I insisted on I a new frame. I was actually told “maybe your eyebrows are uneven”. Nasty comments from woman about this is a one time deal replacing my frames. After picking up my new glasses and wearing them for a bit, I realized the prescription was not correct. I went back to get a recheck. Prescription was way off. Again, Nasty comments from woman about this is a one time deal.

I love this practice! When I first came to Millbrook Family Eye Care I was living in a temporary situation about 30-40 minutes away. Now, I live a 90-minute drive from there, but I decided to stay with them instead of looking for another doctor because I was so happy with the care I got there. I love that the staff is made up almost entirely of women. Everyone in the office is so friendly, patient, and helpful. I previously had the same eye doctor for over 20 years where I used to live, so it means a lot to me to have found a practice where I feel so at home. They are worth the drive! I highly recommend them!

Like the doctor but the office staff is in bad. Took mom there and they could not find her file, it was in the garage. When asked for a chair with arms, was told "we don't have any",so you make an 80 year old handy cap that can barely walk stand. The doctor went into his office and got a chair. When ordering glasses she felt pressured into getting things that she didn't want. Brought bad glasses because they were not right and was told very rudely and "you only get one redo so some make sure this is you want ". Will be looking for a new eye doctor.
