Dr. Mineo and all the staff is outstanding! They truly go above and beyond, with your pet's well-being the goal. They are so kind to my deaf dog, and extremely helpful when you have a question. Recommend, 100%!

Will not buy glasses from here again. I bought the glare resistant and scratch resistant lens. Last than a year they were scratched. And the glare resistance never worked. I tried to get them replaced and they wanted 100 bucks to fix what was suppose not happen to my frames . I’m out 300 dollars. So disappointed cause I go to bjs a lot. And never had an issue. Terrible experience

During the entire process, staff made me feel like I was wasting their time. Very unhelpful, and didnt really answer my questions. When my glasses were done, no one called me or told me. When I called, no one picked up.
Finally I stopped in and was given my glasses, after waiting for 5 minutes, it wasnt even the lady at the front desk who greeted me, it was one of the doctors, who then handed me off to the lady at the front desk. come to find out, they had my glasses for weeks and never called me. The lady was very standoffish, and said nothing to me the entire time. My brand new pair of glasses were bent out of shape, and the nose braces were both bent all the way inwards. I commented on it, and the front desk girl with the shaved hair just stared at me before saying "If theres nothing else, youre done with me."
The whole process sucked, front to back. Ill pick another place.

I was in on 6/24/23 to get my glass. When I scheduled my appointment they said i was due and I ASKED if my insurance would cover my appointment and they said yes. Ordered 2 pair of glasses and contacts 600+ dollars and it was too soon for insurance to cover. Bought them anyhow. 7/15 still no glasses called and the manufacturer sent empty boxes? I asked why didnt someone call with an issue? She said they tried to call people you must have gotten missed. No anticipated date for delivery known. Hmmmmm

Had preset 3 appointments for myself my wife and my son. Walked in and received absolutely zero greeting, no hello’s no welcome, nothing. Optician was working the front counter chaged computers twice mumbling about computer issues. Not welcoming whatsoever. Walked out even before the exam, place felt cold, not great environment at all there were 3 other employees none were welcoming at all!
We are now in LensCrafters, and the experience is night and day! Welcoming, friendly and took us right in.

Customer service is horrible , was told I couldn’t get my last prescription due to HIPAA law as if I wasn’t the patient and had all my information to verify I was the patient. Woman was very rude and hung up in my face

I have been getting my glasses from 20/20 Westside Eyecare for almost 10 years. Dr. Kraden is hilarious and has great conversation. I have never had an issue with any of my RXs. Ken, helped with the frames and lenses, is very knowledgeable and thorough. My glasses fit perfectly and i can see!!!! 🤓 I definitely recommend to family and friends.

Doctor is good but nurse customer service I have ever had in my life..... Will NEVER go here again.she said you’re INDEPENDENT HEALTH insurance covers it for that.

Always professional. Mike is my go to to help with my glasses. He was so kind when I fell and broke my frames. He made suggestions and had them changed out the next day. He is a valued employee and person

My family has been going to ECP for a very long time and have always been so thoughtful and caring. But unfortunately, the past few times I have been there, it was not the same. The customer service I received from the receptionist was not great at all. They were very cold and not welcoming. I was put on hold for 20 minutes so I hung up and called again and someone answered right away, therefore they forgot about me. I told the receptionist I was in his for that long but never apologized, they just gave me the silent treatment. I love the eye care facility but not sure if I want my family going there any longer if this keeps up. I hope it gets better. What a shame.
