I absolutely luv this Dr! She's so personable and professional. I was a little nervous because I am diabetic and hadn't been to an optometrist in years, however, she explained everything and made me feel completely comfortable. I will definitely be seeing her (pun intended) for all of my eye care needs!

The doctor is a jewel, but her staff not so much. My mother went there at 9:45am and was supposed to have a prescription sent to the pharmacy. My daughter went to pick it up and it was never sent. I called the office and was on hold longer than I thought I should be, when someone picked up, I was greeted with attitude as if I did something wrong. Wait! I was on hold not you! I felt like I was bothering him. This guy does not need to be on the phone, I did not get his name, but he had a thick accent and was not so nice. Your staff can make or break you, remember that we have choices of where we want to go. The doctor needs to know that the person that answered the phone needs to be nicer. Customer service is everything!

Dr. Vigario is an AMAZING doctor! I loved going to her, she really does a full detailed check on your eyes. The wait times are kind of long but I guess it's worth it for the service. Sadly they don't work with my insurance provider anymore so I have to look for a new eye doctor.

I am pleased to have been attended by Nina Masi OD, she was very thorough and took her time with my eye exam. She answered all my concerns, the wait time was less then 10 minutes, will definitely be doing my follow ups with her.

This was my second time seeing Dr. Masi with my son and she is amazing! The staff was great as well. Dr. Masi does a great job with my son which I love oh so much. She explains everything so that we understand perfectly and she listens to my questions and concerns!

Dr Masi has been my eye doctor for years. She is so soft spoken, informative, and caring. She explains everything thoroughly. Many times we even go off track from our appointment and just catch up on our personal lives. I keep going to Target Optical just because of her.

The staff was very helpful and efficient. They listened to my concerns and helped educate me with my eye concerns. Daniel was very patient as he helped multiple guests and made accommodations for those who didn't have appointments. He ensured that all discounts were applied and really did an excellent job! Overall great experience and would highly recommend.

Everyone was extremely nice. Besides waiting over an hour for my appointment it was a nice experience.

The Dr took her time made sure everything was right. Answer any questions i had . The Girls up front was Pleasent and also extremely helpful . I would recommend to anyone ! Great experience all around!

I was referred to this business while in need of an optometrist and encountered the worst customer service by one of the women who answered the phone. On 10/17/2023 i first called 3:59pm and the assistant was attentive and helpful in setting up an appointment but i needed to call back with updated information. At approx 4:29pm i called and was met with a very rude and dismissive representative that gave nothing but attitude through our entire encounter. I am displeased beyond measure. This associate literally put a black eye on this business that was referred to me by two family members. Will be encouraging those family members to take their business elsewhere
