This place has an employee that talks to children without their parents consent. Do not ever talk to my child again We weren’t even in the glasses store. Mind your own business thanks.

I have seen Dr. White several times for regular eye exams and two cataract surgeries. She has a friendly and welcoming manner which helped put me at ease about the surgeries. She is very professional and very thorough in her examinations. When explaining my eye condition to me the information was presented in a way that was easy to understand, and she used a model to provide a visual component which I found helpful. In my opinion, Dr. White is an outstanding physician and surgeon.

Horrible exam. Rushed the exam and wasted my time. Was maybe 20 minutes total. Had another Dr. review my chart and it did not reflect my exam at all??? Could not be more disappointed

Loved my time here! Everyone was professional and kind. I really appreciate how timely they were; I usually have to wait so long to see the doctor even though I had an appointment but not here! The staff were very knowledgeable and explained all the tests/ equipment to me. They were also very patient with me while I was finding the perfect frame for myself; took awhile since they had an amazing selection. Definitely my go-to optometry office!

Horrible experience. Never again will I visit. Told him my concerns with my vision and he overlooked it like nothing was even wrong. Very disappointed

Chris went above and beyond and took great care of me, I will be back for sure best experience I’ve ever had getting new glasses.. & they have the best selection out any store I’ve been too, I highly recommend to anyone looking for designer glasses or custom lenses!

Appointment for 9:00 a.m. There is one doctor, and 4-5 people with appointments at the same time. I was finally seen by an assistant at 9:45, and saw the doctor at 10:00. Each interaction was brief. The doctor was nice but was obviously rushed. Other than that, the experience was fine.

Good to my mom. That's what I appreciate most in a community of retirees, especially as they get older. I care about businesses that love them, and don't take advantage of them. This is one of them, and Dr. Ransdell is one of the good guys.

Truly the best service I have ever received from an Optician! They have a wide variety of frames (low cost and designer) and they are so helpful. Mike is always a pleasure to deal with! He ensures that I get the best deals for my daughter and I. He even went as far as coming out to my car and leaving my new frames in my trunk when I had COVID. 10 out of 10 recommend!!! :)

Dr. D Bond and her assistant was amazing. This was my first eye exam ever and I was nervous. Sadly I do need glasses but I’m excited at the same time because I get to wear cute glasses. The whole staff was nice and sweet. I appreciate everyone that had a hand in helping me. Thank you.
