Best staff in the world. Everyone is so kind, quick, amazing to my kids and so personable. We love love love this place.

We have chosen Dr. James Goldman as a cataract surgeon for my wife following exhaustive reviews and medical training of the available eye specialists in Phoenix, Arizona. Our efforts were not futile as we are very impressed with Dr. Goldman's professional and personal touch from the first appointment. He has enormous patience and took time to explain the treatment options and let us select the best fit of our choice. Had cataract surgeries done on both eyes with 3 weeks apart in April and May 2022 and are delighted to report 20/20 vision is restored in both the eyes! Dr. Goldman personally called following surgery that evening to inquire how patient was doing, which is a rarity nowadays. We have no hesitation to state that Dr. Goldman is an outstanding and accomplished eye surgeon and would recommend him without any reservation.

Negative Zero Stars!!! The only reason I put 1 star is it wouldn't let me post if I didn't. Dr. Achiron should not be in the medical field at all. He left my daughter vision worse than it was before she came in to see him. My daughter has Keratoconus in the right eye and Keratoconus w/ monocular exotropia in the left he assured us that he can help her. After the first procedure on the right eye, he states he cannot help her left eye and also refuse to order the contact that she needs. He never told us this until he found out that the insurance (Care Source) didn't pay and the only reason they didn't pay was because he put in the wrong codes (Per CareSource) So it was a mistake on his end which we repeatedly tried to tell him, but he refuses to listen because he thinks he is God and knows everything. He also made fun of my daughter left eye in the hallway where other patients can hear leaving my daughter more self-conscious and depressed. When I asked for a referral so I can take her to another doctor to at least get a second opinion her refused and once again played God stating that there is nothing no other doctor can do (how can he speak for other doctors) Now my daughter vision is worse than before she is unable to drive or work, sunlight hurts her eye that she had the procedure in which leaves her with nauseating headaches. She has two small kids that she is unable to properly take care of due to this so-called doctor. He needs to retire and never touch another person again.

I have been a patient for more than 3 years. Got Lasik about 1 month ago- best thing I ever did. My vision is 20/20. Life changing experiences after wearing glasses for 30 years. Doctor Nicole Fuerst addressed all my concerns and the surgical results are outstanding.

Receptionist was rude & dismissive (over the phone and in person lol) Came in on emergency with a large “hard to handle” German Shepherd, the vet tech with the red hair handled him like a champ in a kind manner, definitely knows what she’s doing. The doctor was amazing and truly looked out for my dogs best interest. He is healing wonderfully, delightful experience, very grateful for them.

Friendly reception! Dr.Salamanca was super nice and patient with my daughter. Very positive experience at this professional location. One of the better Vision Centers.

Great place and easy building access to get to. The staff is lovely and understanding. Dr. Barnes is professional and works with you on what type of glasses you want! Lots of styles to choose from compared to other places. I would 100% recommend!

Good LORD are the receptionists rude. Every single time I call they are so rude. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone solely based on the two ladies at the front desk alone.

My name is Tricia, this has been my first time at Vision’s and I will say I truly have had a great and amazing experience there. I felt that all of the employees were very helpful and listen to my concerns, and also asked me if I had any questions that I needed to be answered, actually felt like they were very interested and care about my well-being need. Therefore, I will recommend this vision to anyone who is looking for an eye doctor. I will most definitely will be staying a patient here and will be happy. Looking forward to more appointments.

What a great experience! Dr. Alborzian is the best. I came from Cincinnati after finding him through MediBid. This was elective lens replacement and all went well. Also the surgery center he uses is great. My cost was about 1/2 of what I would have paid at home. Thanks again for a perfect experience Dr. Alborzian and staff.
